The place was great for our weekend in St Louis. We were a quick ride to most attractions in the city. The neighborhood and neighbors were nice. Would stay again.
Perfect central location surrounded by unique local cafes. Vintage touches blended with renovations inside. The value for money is impossible to beat. Nice friendly host.
I really enjoyed having my own place to stay for the duration of a week's conference. The place was clean and well furnished with all the amenities one could ever need for a home away from home.
The place was very clean with lots of character. The host provided clear instructions and timely communication. There are some great dining options within a few blocks walking distance, and the neighborhood seemed very friendly! 100% would stay again. Thanks, Lavall!
This house is very convenient to Tower Grove Park and the Botanical Gardens. The neighborhood is very walkable with coffee shops and markets near by. The house was clean and well appointed. We would definitely recommend it.
It was super nice and roomy when we came in! It was the perfect amount of space. We struggled with the front door code, so we could only access through the back. But overall was great.
We were in St. Louis for a couple of days to see the botanical gardens. We loved walking around the neighborhood—plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, we barely had to use the car. The flat was cute and comfortable with lots of character, and had just about anything we needed, would love to stay again next time we’re in the area.
I was a bit unsure about staying in St Louis but I was pleasantly surprised! This apartment was in a great location, close to everything I wanted to do, and the neighborhood was so cool. I would definitely come back to Shaw again, it was quiet and full of well loved family homes. This apartment is charming and clean. Check in/out was super easy and the host was easy to contact. There is street parking and a convenient spot in back which is accessed by a very narrow alley so be careful if you have a big vehicle.

Quite neighborhood. Apartment was nice but could use some things repaired.
Had a good stay at this place in the cute Shaw District. Unit was as described and met my needs well for my 4 night visit. Access to most anywhere I was going was easy from this location. An hour before check in, I did have to request check in information because I had not heard anything. Host did respond almost immediately with check in information so when I had a question, communication was good and fast. I would recommend adding some parking information to the check in message. I didn't know where I was allowed to park. There was a place behind the unit that no one was using, so I used it during my stay without any problems and entered through the back door. There is also street parking at the front door. I would also recommend adding to the check in message, the specific unit (right or left) that is rented. I guessed and tried the wrong door first.Thank you for a great visit to St. Louis and I would stay here again if I return.
Property was very nice and really close to the things we wanted to do. Just a little helpful tips. If you have a cpap machine or like to run fans in the room bring extension cords. There is a ceiling fan in the living room but not the bedroom. Also, there was only 2 wash cloths for 2 people for a 3 day stay. We bring our own in case we run into this problem. It would help to have some kind of rubber matt for the bottom of the tub as it is slippery and maybe a handle to help get in and out. Other than that it was very nice and we enjoyed it.
