Come RELAX and ENJOY this SPACIOUS 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located directly on BEAUTIFUL Lake Hamilton. It is perfect for your trip to Hot Springs. It is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and entertainment although it feels very PRIVATE. It comfortably sleeps 8 . You have easy access to Lake Hamilton, a beautiful, NEW pool, hot tub and fire pit that are all just a few steps out of your door. You can also use the sandy beach, walking trail, sand volley ball/pickleball/basketball court and putt-putt green for FREE!! EVERYONE will be pleased with what this condo has to offer. Great WiFi, cable and NO STEPS. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and utensils that are needed to cook and enjoy meals on-site. A full-sized washer and dryer are available for your convenience. The dishwasher and garbage disposal are also very helpful. You can have fun hanging around the resort or enjoying all that Hot Springs has to offer.

4 day get away

My husband and I stayed here with friends and our dogs. We had a wonderful time going out to eat and betting Oaklawn. The condo was clean, stocked,great location and the view of the park and pool from the balcony was beautiful!

Great Stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was bigger than I expected and for our family of 4 there was more than enough space. We could have comfortably fit at least 4 more people easily. The condo was very clean and we enjoyed using the rec room with pool and ping pong. The pool was beautiful and it sounded like it has recently been redone. The water did not seem to be flowing and there was dirt on the bottom...it isn't quite pool season yet (end of March) so maybe they just haven't gotten everything going yet. I was disappointed that there was not access to kayaks as listed. I reached out and was told that there had been a recent change. The manager did offer to let me use a neighbor's but I did not do so. I also was not clear on how to use the fire pit that was advertised as well. It looked like a gas pit that required a key. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and were excited to find an umbrella to keep the sun off. The umbrella was broken but we made do. Overall we were very happy with our stay and found that the location was very convenient for everything we during our visit. I would stay here again for sure!

Awesome Place to Stay!

We really enjoyed your condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The kids were never bored. There is so much to do here. I would highly recommend this place.

Nice home layout

The house had a nice layout for family to have their own space and was in a quiet relaxing area. The location was convenient for visiting other attractions. The property needs some maintenance and cleaning items addressed which the property owner was attempting to address.

Overall a great experience. The host communication was excellent and fast. All hiccups were corrected immediately and none were related to the host. . Location and amenities were beyond expectations.

Spring break getaway

Condo was perfect for families. Sadly, weather was cold so didn’t get to enjoy outdoor activities. Regardless, we had a great weekend. Would stay here again.

Last minute booking

The condo was very spacious and clean. It was at the very tip of an end of Lake Hamilton, but a lovely balcony to see the water. The managers of the complex were very friendly and helpful. It wasn't quite pool weather, but we sat by the clean pool and dipped our legs in for a relaxing afternoon with friendly neighbors. We had a quiet and relaxing stay!

Perfect Getaway

This place was exactly what we needed. Close enough to downtown Hot Springs to be convenient but it felt a world away since it is located right on Lake Hamilton. It has a little something for everyone: my husband enjoyed the beautiful views and sitting around in a rocking chair on the patio reading; our son and I enjoyed all the amenities: kayaking, paddle boat adventures, the pool and hot tub and outdoor games. Very clean and the owners were excellent and responsive. We hope to come back next year.

We enjoyed our stay here. Condo was very spacious and clean. The pool area was very nice, and better than I expected. The view was fantastic! The beach area shown in the pictures was slightly disappointing. I thought it would be sand, but it was rocks with lots of weeds and animal poop. The paddle boats were in pretty rough condition, but we still had a great time on them. Location was great. Not far from restaurants, hiking trails, down town and water park.

Nice property and location, only negative was slow wifi

Good location and property. Kids liked outdoor area with shuffleboard and mini golf. Not the best course condition, but was fun. Only negative is that the wifi was extremely slow. It helped in some ways to keep kids off of their devices, but wanted to share.

Directions were incorrect

The address we were given took us down Jameson street past Jose’s Mexican restaurant and we needed to turn before the restaurant. We found it pretty easily but when we ordered food they had the same problem. It maybe that the road isn’t listed. But otherwise the stay was PERFECT!!

Nice Amenities

We had a good time. The amenities were great. We enjoyed the pool and all the other extras that came with this unit. However, it does need to be cleaned. The primary bathtub was filthy and clogged up so it was slow to drain. My husband worked 30 minutes to get it unclogged. Both shower curtains had mold on them. There was some other small things but mainly the bathrooms need a deep clean.

Hidden Gem

Excellent location, clean, inviting. When we arrived, we were excited to see how everything was set up with extra sleeping spaces. It is spacious so nothing feels tight. There were some spices and coffee filters. Plush towels and comfortable beds. The property is wonderful. Office staff is friendly and welcoming. We utilized the pool, hot tub, mini golf, basketball courts, peddle boats. Every day after school there was something fun to do with our kiddos. The owners were great to work with. We are local and had a renovation taking place. When we needed to extend our stay they were very accommodating so we didn't have to pay a new cleaning fee. We definitely will book this again - for visiting friends/family or when we want a staycation.

Something to do for everyone.

The area is lovely. They have so many choices right there for you. It’s great for groups with young kids because there isn't that much to do in Hot Springs other than outdoor things. Then again, that’s the reason we came! We stayed 4 days and didn’t have time to do everything they offered! The pool is beautiful and clean and the views from the condos are great. Unit had everything we needed like dishes, towels, washer/dryer. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that I didn’t read that this unit was pet friendly. That’s our fault and not the unit. Once in the room, it was clear it was pet friendly by the carpet/furniture and some scratches on the bathroom door. We have bad pet allergies so we had to cover the couch because of sinus problems. That won’t be an issue for most and I’m still very happy with our stay.

The perfect stay!

Everything about the condo was perfect- the location, the amenities, the owners! First, the owners are very responsive and extremely accommodating! We had an issue with the wifi (which was not actually the owner's fault) and they were quick to assist us in trying to fix that. They also allowed us to add our pet last minute. They were very responsive to emails and texts! The condo is fully stocked with anything you would need. Beds are very comfortable. They have enough seating for everyone in our group. They even have some stuff for kids to do. The set-up was great for our 2 family group. The resort had a lot of things for everyone to do...although some of that amenities could use some updating. I think they recently had a management change and I am sure that with more time, the issues there will fix themselves. It was nothing the really impacted our stay but some things that they were working on when we were there (a leak in the pool but we were still able to swim, the heater in the hot tub was out, they never turned on the fire pit, the paddle boats were not great- stearing is out on one and the other took on water, etc). These were not issues that the owner of this condo could really fix, nor did they make our trip poor. Overall, we loved this property and would stay there in the future if we are in the area again!

Great Location with Great Potential

The lake access and pool were great ammenities and the area was very nice for bringing a pet. The condo was a very nice size and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The only real negative we had was the condo really needs a deep cleaning and the grounds always had trash lying around that other people had left. I had to clean the oven before using it ( self-cleaning so wasn't hard to do ), several stains on the carpet and the furniture seems older and in need of cleaning or replacing as it was cloth. We just placed a sheet on it while there. After 3 days, I picked up the empty bottles and papers at the pool and threw them away. We still enjoyed our stay, but our recommendations would be to replace the carpet with wood so it could be kept clean, update the living room furniture to something that could be cleaned easily, and do a deep cleaning even behind appliances and silverware drawers, etc. COVID cleaning guidelines should apply as well. With just a few updates, this property would go from okay to amazing. The TV and options were very nice. The grounds need to be maintained better overall. The host seemed nice, but didn't always respond timely and didn't check during our visit to see if everything was okay which normally occurs when we use VRBO. We did what cleaning we needed while there, so we still enjoyed our time and spent alot of time outside.

This property drew us in because of all of great amenities that are completely free. We LOVE the pool, sandy beach, paddle boats/boards, kayaks, canoes, horse shoe pits, shuffle board, tennis court, putt putt...this list is LONG! We don't have to even leave to have a great time OR we can head out for FUN and ADVENTURE in Hot Springs.
