The house is situated on beautiful Long Island with a large outdoor area perfect for entertaining and family reunions. The house has a beautiful dock, where you can tie up your boat. The house is perfectly located, close to dining, shopping, Oaklawn racetrack, and all Hot Springs amenities.

Guests have complete access to the entire home.

There is Maximum of 2-3 parking spots available. If you need more please contact the host.
No Loud Parties- Noise Ordinance in Place
Please Respect Neighboring Unit
There will be a $100 pet fee. If Guest bring a pet, we ask that you notify Host that a pet will be on property. If Host is not notified, and there is evidence of pet on property, Guest will be charged accordingly.
