This one level, gated property, with no steps to enter, condo has a boat slip. Pool, covered parking, parking spot A4, 2 large bedrooms, 1/king, 1/queen,1/Razorback reading room w/ 2 twin day beds, ceiling fans in all rooms and beautiful lake view, very close to airport. Televisions in all bedrooms and Razorback reading room and living room, full size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen. GREAT DECK TO SIT AND WATCH THE WORLD GO BY AND PRAY THE WORLD SLOWS DOWN. Two bathrooms one handicapped shower bath and master en suite shower with tub.>Tennis court that also has stripeng for pickle ball play.Swimming pool open<>This property has its own covered parking spot clearly marked A4, for our unit, plenty extra parking. Lake facing with boat dock. Room for trailer parking at top of hill and security gate. A charcoal grill is available in the parking lot with a bench for resting bring your charcoal, there is another located near the tennis court. Enjoy. Well Appointed Condo

We were all thrilled with both the beauty and well adorned with every appliance and cooking dish ever needed.Although we did not watch tv there were large tvs in every bedroom and living area. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing place and host!

Absolutely met all expectations and more! Was a beautiful property, view, had all amenities needed and the host was amazingly accomidating and responsive! Super clean and easy/close parking. Would definitely recommend this place!

Gorgeous Condo

It is a gorgeous condo on the lake.It is as beautiful as the pictures posted or even more beautiful. Bedrooms are all roomy. Plenty of sitting space for all in dining room and living room. The Condo was equipped with everything we could possible need.

Hamilton Lake gem

Condo was comfortable and quite. Loved watching boats on lake and even took a pontoon tour. Close to several good restaurants. Anne did a great job making our trip a great time.

Girls trip!

We had a reunion of four of us girls from high school for a night in your condo. We wanted a laid back night of catching up and that's just what we had at your condo. It was very nice and clean and perfect size for us. We enjoyed the small deck on the back with chairs for an evening of talking and laughing. Will definitely recommend your condo!!

Few Issues

The group staying in the unit above us were horrible well past quiet time. Stomping, running, moving furniture and you couldn’t sit out on the balcony long due to them smoking ‘multiple’ things. Also, most of the Roku remote batteries were dead so we had to go buy batteries to put in them in order for them to work. Otherwise our stay was fine.

Rude Owner. Owners Like This Should Come with a Warning Label

My family and I rented this home for our Thanksgiving gathering. The owner seemed to be wonderful at the beginning of the communication but that turned out not to be genuine. Her in person personality is completely different than her messages. The home is nice, and has the basics. The owner is rude, unprofessional and racist. Very disappointed in her character. We were cleaning the home and lost track of time, at the end. Check out is at 10am, we were walking to our cars 10:25am, but she was standing at the front door, staring at us. So if you’re brave enough to stay in this home, be out by 9:59am because there’s no grace period and it’s urgent that you leave promptly at 10am, not like other rentals/hotels with grace periods. The first words she spoke to us was, “ I never want you to come back here” . Absolutely no greeting. This is before she walked even a foot into the home and she never messaged me that there was a problem before. She continuously reminded us that she never wanted us to come back and mentioned to the man that she was with, that she should take pictures of us. She said we had to many people staying in the home, but it was the 4 adults, that were mentioned in the reservation, but I didn’t mention my 5 and 1 year old children, because I simply forgot, so I guess that was a problem, too. The four us traveled lengthy distances to get to this home. Our stay ended terribly because of the owner. She was rude and just chose to be evil, after she saw that we were African Americans. I’m never heard An owner wanting to take pictures of the their guests before. We rent VRBOs often, because our military family is spread out, in a variety of areas. This is the first negative that I’ve ever had to write. We did nothing wrong and weren’t a problem until she saw us. We left the house in great condition. She doesn’t want us to return, and we wouldn’t even if it was a free stay. I don’t trust her or her character around my family and I. Our 5 year old heard her rude words and had questions about why she chose the words that she said to our family. People like this shouldn’t sign up to use a service like VRBO, if they know that they clearly discriminate against others. We paid the full price just like any other family. I’m disappointed. I wish owners like this came with a warning label.

The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated, with beautiful view of the lake.The kitchen was well equipped and the box of toliteries in the bathrooms is a nice touch.The complex is quiet and well maintained. We didnt use the pool but enjoyed the tennis/pickleball court.The reason for 4 star was the bedding. They were not comfortable n sleep is important to us.

Great condo! We stayed during the middle of the week so it was nice and quiet. This is a lower floor so was great for those of us who don't do stairs. It was so convenient to walk straight in from the parking lot. the unit was meticously clean. We appreciated the addition of complimentary toiletries. The weather was a little chilly so we weren't able to sit on the balcony for morning coffee but the unit has wonderful glassed in front facing the lake so we had excellent views.

Thanksgiving turkey break

Property was as described. Although nothing to do with our unit, there was a family with young children that was on top of our unit, the kids ran from the time we entered the unit until like after midnight! Very annoying. Couldn't really catch anything on tv. Because everything was blocked. Batteries in remote was dead, so we had 1 that worked. remote.
