We had a great girls weekend in Hot Springs. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Joe met us at check in and showed us around and answered our questions about dining and places to see in the town. The outdoor area was a peaceful and relaxing place to sit in the mornings for coffee and breakfast I would highly recommend staying here.
So peaceful and wonderful. The break we needed everything was perfect . The cottage is gorgeous!!! I think we will make this a yearly trip with the owner . We won’t stay anywhere else .
We had an amazing experience. Our host was quick to respond to our calls or texts and the house was spectacular. Every detail was attended to in this home and the deck was gorgeous!! The layout of this home was well thought out and it was great for our adult getaway. We will definitely return to this gem when heading back to the area.
The house was absolutely perfect! It’s in a great location—an easy drive and right in the heart of town—yet it still feels peaceful and private. The deck, complete with a grill and hot tub, made for a very relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, so we ended up cooking more than dining out. (Highly recommend stopping by Weldon’s Meat Market!) We also loved watching the local wildlife—ducks, geese, deer, and more. We’d definitely recommend this place. Joe was extremely responsive and helpful throughout!
This home was a very nice place for my brothers and wife’s (six people total) to gather and visit. The photos in vrbo didn’t show all of the features of the deck. To our surprise we found that the deck had a round table with 8 chairs, a couch and two other easy chairs. The table was under a roof with lighting and a ceiling fan. Inside the home we found a large living room with plenty of seating. We found the location of the home, on a dead end street provided a very private and quite setting. The only noise was the abundant boat traffic on the lake.We did find that the vrbo listing was a little behind on data. The wifi site name and password was out of date. This vrbo home on Ledgerwood Rd was very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the space.
Fantastic stay on the lake. House was great for our family and we loved the outdoor space. Everything we needed was provided and we would stay again the next time we are in town.
I can’t say enough good things about this property! My whole family loved it! We had a 4 and 6 year old with us, as well as my 83 year old grandmother. There are a few steps to get into the house, but she was able to climb them using the handrail. She did not have to access any steps to go out to the deck from the back door, which was really nice. She got to easily sit on the deck/dock, and enjoy the lake with the rest of us. We had a blast fishing (wake from boats makes it a little hard, but we did it for fun and caught a few!). The house is beautifully decorated, clean, had comfortable beds, with beautiful views, and the deck/dock is amazing. You’re literally on the water. We will definitely be going back to stay here in the future!
The pictures don’t do the property justice. This cottage is situated on the lake for amazing views out the sunroom window. So many luxuries in the house. Thick towels, warm blankets, beautifully decorated rooms. It was a gated community minutes from the races. I hope we have the opportunity to stay here again. It was great. Host was so hospitable!
House is great, nicely decorated and the view of the lake is awesome. Kitchen is well stocked and there were nice welcoming gifts. Owner was very accommodating and we had no problems getting in touch when needed. The back patio is fantastic and we spent many relaxing hours out there.
This was a great lakehouse-spacious, clean, private, great bedding & a well-equipped kitchen. We will stay here again-very gracious hosts & my top place to stay in 2024. If it is available, don’t hesitate to rent itI
My wife and our shared this home for 2 days and 2 nights with 2 other couples and it was the perfect size and location. Beautiful lake view from the living room (water just feet from the window). The house was clean and in a small safe gated community. Perfect back porch for fishing. Swimming not so much, as boaters are constantly driving fairly close to the dock. Otherwise, 5/5 stars!!!
