Views and privacy unlike any other Lake Hamilton property! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is nestled in nature sitting on 15 wooded acres with 825' of lake frontage on beautiful Lake Hamilton's main channel. The house includes a beautiful wraparound deck with sunken hot tub, stationary single slip boat house with swim platform, a hillside gazebo and two kayaks. Relax and enjoy the commanding views of the lake, nature, and boaters. The property is sloped to the lake with steps leading to the gazebo and then continuing on to the dock. Beautiful granite boulders naturally landscape closer to the waters edge and gives the feeling of being inside of one of Hot Springs scenic National Parks!

You're NOT going to find this kind of privacy, scenic beauty, improvements, main channel lake frontage, and acreage anywhere else on Lake Hamilton. Located off Timberlake Road between highways 70w and 270w, approximately 12 minutes from Lake Hamilton School. Perfect for a family vacation, romantic getaway, or even a girl's weekend. If you're looking for ultimate privacy, beautiful scenery and wildlife with acreage on Lake Hamilton, this is your place!

**Please note that the dock is located about 200 feet downhill from the house. The slope is rather steep and may be unsuitable for small children or the elderly.

Absolutely loved loved this lake house . It was very private which is what I wanted with three kiddos . Kim the host was super nice . The house immaculately clean everything you could possibly need. Was there from board games to boxes of toys to fish and poles kayaks just anything possibly that you need first aid kits I was truly shocked and how very thorough everything was. We had a great wonderful time and will be staying there again. You’re not enough word to explain just how wonderful and relaxing the lake house is.

We had such a relaxing stay! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—I truly mean everything. The location is perfect, offering peaceful mountain scenery along with beautiful lake views and easy lake access.The hot tub was amazing and made an already relaxing getaway even better. We enjoyed fishing, paddle kayaking, and simply spending time by the lake. The amenities were exceptional; aside from bringing food, there was nothing else we needed.The host provided excellent communication before check-in with all the information we needed, so we never had to reach out during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful lakeside retreat.

Beautiful lake home! Steep walk to the lake. Has kayaks and an hot tub! Saw deer and lots of wild life. Very clean and lots of beach towels and bathroom towels. All the kitchen items you need. Definitely would recommend and beautiful place.

This was the perfect weekend getaway! The house was secluded with a gorgeous view. The interior was really nice and very clean with everything we needed. They provided lots of bathroom and beach towels. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The back patio was spacious with a large table and plenty of seating. The hot tub and fire pit were relaxing outdoor activities. We did not use the kayaks but did see them down by the dock. (FYI - the path to the water is very steep.) It is not close to stores or restaurants, so bring some food because once you arrive, you won’t want to leave!

Amazing location w access to great hiking. Clean hot tub fills day of stay. Washer and dryer on site with some extra detergent and dish soap from previous stays. Be sure to stop at local neighborhood market ahead of venturing to the house! Kim is so communicative and has a great binder with all the area info and suggestions! Great family vacation that my kids will remember forever!

Wife and I stay in Hot Springs a few times a year. Always try a different VRBO property. This house is the best we’ve ever rented. Beautiful views, well-stocked, owner was great to work with, and home interior and exterior were immaculate. Might have to make this our “go to” property. 10 out of 10!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was our first time visiting Hot Springs and we will definitely be returning soon. The cabin was great. It was cozy and comfy and perfectly secluded about 20-25 minutes from Bathhouse Row. The hot tub was great and the property on the lake was beautiful. We had to contact the owners for a minor issue and they were very responsive and friendly. 10s!
