About this property

Secluded Modern Mountain Getaway

This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath house is nestled in nature sitting on 15 wooded acres with 825' of lake frontage on beautiful Lake Hamilton's main channel. Inside the home you will find lots of light and views from every window. Enjoy the LED fireplace, stainless steel appliances and 60” TV. There is a king bedroom and ensuite bath downstairs and a queen bed in the upstairs loft. The loft upstairs provides the ultimate views and gives you the feeling of looking out from a treehouse. The loft is made private by closing sliding barn door panels.

Outside the house you will find a large, wraparound deck, bonfire area, sunken hot tub, mountainside tiki bar and a stationary single slip boat house with swim platform. Relax and enjoy the commanding views of the lake, nature, and boaters.

The property is on a steep slope with wooden stairs leading down to the lake. There are several landings along the way to make the walk as enjoyable as possible, however, the walk is not advised for young children or the elderly. Located off Timberlake Road between highways 70w and 270w, approximately 12 minutes from Lake Hamilton School. Perfect for small families, a romantic getaway, or even a girl's weekend. If you're looking for ultimate privacy, beautiful scenery and wildlife with acreage on Lake Hamilton, this is your place!

**Please note that the dock is located about 200 feet downhill from the house. Although there are stairs the entire way, they are steep and extreme caution should be taken to ensure safety.

The moment we arrived, the atmosphere was what we had imagined. This house was very clean and decorated very nicely. The host, Kim, checked on us halfway through our stay to make sure we were doing ok. The one thing we had to get used to were all the hills. Where we come from in Texas, we dont have to deal with hills. The scenery was amazing and the house was very secluded and private. As mentioned in the details, the walk to and from the lake was a workout but didnt cause any issues. We would definitely recommend this location to others.

Perfect Spring Getaway!

We couldn’t have been happier with the cabin and its location! Very quiet and private, while overlooking the lake. The owner reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. We had perfect weather, spending time on the deck and enjoyed the hot tub every evening after long days of exploring Hot Springs NP, Lake Catherine State Park and Garvan Woodland Gardens. Stop by the Sunshine Store and Cafe for breakfast and Lost Creek Grill for dinner, you won’t regret it!

Amazing getaway

The cabin is fantastic. It was gorgeously decorated for Christmas when we were there the weekend before. The owner was great with communication and very on top of things. We look forward to another visit some day.

Perfect Getaway

This was our sixth or seventh stay at this property. It is the definition of tranquility. Great place to soak in the hot tub in cold weather, or kayak or swim in the lake in the summer. A little slice of heaven. You will not regret a minute of your stay here!

December stay

This has a perfect little cottage to stay in just outside of the city of Hot Springs but not a far drive at all. I t truly felt like we were on a little lake cabin in the middle of the woods.

I’ve been vacationing in Arkansas for 40 years and this was by far the best cabin I have ever stayed at. Everything about it was wonderful. The view is breathtaking! Our last day there we made it a point to stay at the cabin all day and just take it all in. We can’t wait to go back!

Great Vacation Getaway

Our first time in Arkansas. Wonderful. Beautiful views. Cabin was well decorated and very nice. Not far from Hot Springs. Very comfortable and relaxing. Saw deer, red head woodpeckers, hummingbird on a nest and other species of birds while relaxing on deck. Will be looking forward to a return trip. Highly recommend

My friend and I stayed here for a weekend get-a-away and highly recommend this location. The house was very clean, super cute and welcoming. Lots of little details made us feel special and like at home. They have thought of every detail and have so much to do on-site. Stairs are steep down to the water, but doable. Just don’t forget anything at the top. ;) I would absolutely come back here again.

All I can say is the photos do not do this place justice. Not nly is the home immaculate, beautifully decorated and well appointed, I was pleasantly surprised by the grounds, it felt like we were were at our own private hilltop resort. the oversized deck, the adirondacks around a fire pit, the hot tub, tiki bar and large boat dock entertained us all day long. We've been in quarantine for 9 months so we wanted a COVID safe alternative for our traditional christmas. We brought all our own food, xmas decor, games, and puzzles and never left for 5 days. Our family will definitely be back and I can't wait to share this place with my girl friends as well.

Your beautiful home was the perfect getaway for my husband and I (we hadn't taken a vacation without our children in 7 years! We made a vow on this trip to take time for ourselves at least once a year now and can't wait to book this beautiful secluded cabin again!) The moment we pulled up and saw the christmas tree through the window I knew I had picked the perfect rental... it was truly just magical!! We LOVED all of the outside options... between sitting by the firepit, enjoying our morning coffee with the beautiful lakeview right outside the living room, and the hot tub with a view.... again, truly magical. The host was phenomenal and answered any questions we may have had. The welcome basket with goodies was also the best sweet treat after a long day exploring hot springs. I'd book this rental a million times over!
