Beautiful view of the lake from in the house or outside. Beautiful, fun wildlife…. Geese with babies, turtles of many sizes, fish, minnows, chipmunks and squirrels. Had a beautiful stay!

I would definitely recommend this property! It provided the perfect space for us to relax, unwind, and truly enjoy ourselves. The views from inside the home were absolutely stunning, beautiful scenery in every direction. The owner was also very responsive and communicated in a timely manner, which made the experience even better. Overall, I would rate this property a 10 out of 10!

The home was amazing. Right on the lake to fish, boat, etc. Ranch style which worked perfectly for our elderly mom. Conveniently located to Central Ave, dining, and Oaklawn. Peaceful neighborhood with great views of the lake from basically every room in the house.

Check in was easy and effortless. We had an amazing time and utilized the swim deck to its fullest. The stairs off the deck made getting in and out of the water very easy. The layout of the house is a little quirky but we enjoyed the space. Kitchen has everything you might need. We would definately visit this location again.

We're a family of four and we live in Louisiana. We found this property to be very unique and different. We enjoy bringing our friends for long weekends and have family gatherings here and decided to share our property with others knowing they would enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Thank you for checking out my property listing! We are located in a quite residential neighborhood with a lake front view. Great swimming area, fishing, or sitting on the large deck enjoying the breeze. Easily accessible property for guests out of the hustle and bustle of the main channel but very close to main channel to watch the boaters and skiers go by. Enjoy the swing on the boat dock to watch the lake goers or just relax.
Rainy day? No worries, grab a board or card game, air hockey or dart board, or if you prefer, grab a book or magazine and relax in one of the two turrets!

What makes this property unique

This property has a level backyard with steps on the sea wall for easy water access. Inside, the rooms are spacious and easy to move around. Beautiful lake front views from the bedrooms, living room , kitchen and dining area.
