We didn’t get to use the firepit, but we enjoyed the outside areas and the view. The house is very comfortable. The driveway is well lit, but steep for those of us accustomed to flat land

Fantastic location! This house felt like it was close to everything and was super easy to find. Parking was both ample and easy to do despite the steep driveway (common to a lot of lake properties). Fishing only a few steps from the back door was a highlight for Papa and his youngest grandson. We did have a couple questions for our host and they were very responsive. The house is older, but pretty well maintained with well done renovations. Lots of space to spread out or come together for our party of 8. We will absolutely look to stay here again if we are back in Hot Springs!

I’m so sorry to hear your issues. The outdoor lounge chairs you go down the stairs by the fire pit to assess the layout areas. Thanks for the feedback on a squeaky bed we will address that. Will also check on the bedding, it is only a year old but will definitely check on it. It’s disheartening to leave a one star review for these issues, we are family owned and genuinely want to make everyone happy. Next time I encourage you to bring issues to owners, as one star reviews can really be hurtful to someone’s business that has GREAT past reviews.

This house was amazing! Beautiful views, incredibly clean, quick response time from owner. We were able to bring decorations for Christmas and make it like home. The fire pit was a huge bonus! S'mores on Christmas Eve is the way to go! Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Every cooking utensil you could need. Be careful coming down the driveway in the dark. It's very steep and very hard to see.

This is your family vacation place to stay! So much to do. It's not overly decorated. It has all the essentials so you don't have to worry about breaking anything.Fishing off the pier (there are poles; worms & gizzards worked great); swimming when you get too much worm gunk on you (bring small tubes); smores on the fire pit; kayaking; a john boat; BBQ on the pellet grill; and a beautiful fenced in set-up outside to enjoy eating. We really didn't need to go anywhere because the kids were having so much fun.The kitchen is well equipped. We were able to easily cook our meals. A Walmart neighborhood is just up the road which is super convenient. Refrigerator is nice size & icemaker works. Extra large washer & dryer is in great condition.Bedding is a bit institutional. We knew that from reviews & brought the kids' blankets. BUT they do have the most luxurious blankets in a basket in living area. I ordered my own.The kids' room is paradise. It can sleep 4. An Xbox & board games for days are provided. We had some thunderstorms come thru & nobody said, "I'm bored." The kids were completely entertained.Only downside is the robovac that goes in morning. Luckily, my husband gets up early & could rescue the inevitably stuck machine. We had no idea the 1st morning what was going on. Heard the bumping & clanging & thought we were being robbed. It was hysterical. Just more great memories of our trip.

Awesome weekend stay!

We stayed here for an extended weekend while in town for a gymnastics competition. House was wonderful! Property was beautiful! Just enough space for our family and dogs to enjoy each other and the wonderful views. Even caught some nice fish from the backyard! Would gladly stay again.

Beautiful home with a lot of extra amenities! The kayaks where a huge bonus as we had 5 kids with us. The outdoor area was perfect to sit around the fire at night and grill during the day. We enjoyed a lot of fishing of the dock as well. Communication with the host was remarkable and she was so pleasant.

Great location

House is located in a easy area to access. The outside is set up so nice with everything you need for outdoor fun. Loved the access to the water and the dock was terrific. Will be our go to from now on. Only negative is it could new pots and pans for cooking but everything else was spot on.
