The house had so many upgrades to make it comfortable and easy to relax. We loved having lake access to Lake Hamilton within the neighborhood. We had a great stay!

The house was great! Very updated and had everything we needed. The location was central to everything that we did. The price was amazing especially since I had to book it one week before. Donna was easy to communicate with, and very nice. Wonderful vacation!

Whole house was professionally cleaned and ready to go upon arrival, stocked with coffee, laundry detergent and trash bags. Kitchen plenty stocked for cooking at home and a short list of suggested local spots too. Check out process was the easiest I’ve ever had and would book again if I was in the area.

Great experience and owner was super accessible. We had some questions before checking in and they were answered in minutes! Once we were there we had no need to contact them. Everything went great and worked as expected. I recommend this property.

Great location and property

Loved this property! Location was great to get to attractions, but still in a quiet neighborhood. Looked just like the pictures, clean, and beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Perfect spot

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was great,The house was clean, nice big back yard for our two fur babies, plenty of parking… we really enjoyed the place! Was perfect for my friends and I while in town to visit the off-road park. Will definitely be booking again!

Quiet and clean

We loved this place tucked away in the back of a nice community. Everything was there and we had plenty of room. The beds and sofas were very comfortable. We recommend this place to anyone seeking a quiet getaway.

Nice quiet place

Nice neighborhood, excellent house. Close to the events we had booked. All amenities were as advertised. If I ever need to book again in Hot Springs area hope this place will be available.

Comfort and ease

We had a great visit in Hot Springs. The house was just as you see it in the pictures. The updates were great and the space was exactly what we needed. The neighborhood dogs were noisy but overall we enjoyed our stay here.
