This is the most adorable place we’ve stayed in hot springs. Sister trip for the weekend and had our privacy with lake access. Hosts were very communicative and kind. Definitely recommend this place .

This property is wonderful! The lake is lovely and there were plenty of lake toys (kayaks, paddle boards, and peddle boats) that were free to use--we had a great time on the lake with all of them! I have been in a treehouse before and this isn't really a treehouse in the truest sense of the word, though you could feel like it was somewhat when on the deck, and I still really enjoyed it and would recommend it! Very clean and well stocked. Lori responded very promptly to my questions.
Family of 4 - Husband/Wife/16 year old daughter/12 year old sonThe house was clean, well furnished, great deck with a great view of the woods. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable. Fantastic location near the lake. A very short walk down the hill to a private cove with paddle boards and kayaks. Fantastic!Far enough away from the business of Hot Springs proper to feel the serenity of the woods, but close enough to get everywhere in the Hot Springs area quickly. Hosts were hospitable, gracious and great to work with! We’d highly recommend staying here!

One of our favorite mountain stays to date! Property was extremely well kept and everything we needed was provided! Our kids LOVED sleeping up in the loft and getting to climb up the ladder. Was great to be able to go down to the lake and have life jackets, paddle boats and kayaks provided at no addt cost. Great location to all the local attractions as well! Highly recommend!!

Stopped for two nights on a long road trip with 4 adults. This was the perfect quiet spot to relax away from the highway. Everything was clean, plenty of good seating and sleeping options for all of us, great AC and fans, a lovely deck to sit on and enjoy being remote, and everything we needed was provided as advertised. Mark & Lori were very responsive to my questions, and provided excellent directions and instructions. The bonus perk was getting to take a peddle boat and kayaks out onto the lake! Very relaxing and fun experience. And it’s an easy drive to the main strip of Hot Springs, which is worth a visit.Definitely recommend stopping here to unplug if you’re in the area.
