Outside and location was not the greatest. Everything else was great. Inside was clean and had everything we needed. Had a great experience and was affordable.
Came here for my besties bday. We went to the bath houses, collected spring water, hiked to waterfalls, and went crystal digging. We loved the location of this house and slept like babies in the luxurious bed. The jet tub was amazing as well. Great value overall, the kitchen is minimal but other than that the house has everything you need for a great stay.
We arrived and pulled into the driveway to make sure the GPS was correct. Another couple was getting luggage out of their vehicle so we rolled the window down to make sure we were in the correct place. The woman responded rudely.. Yall suppose to park on the street not here. I was taken back by the rudeness and then the man tried to correct the situation by saying .. you can stay parked and unload your luggage to keep from having to carry it from the street. Of course we did not stay parked. We carried all our luggage and the gifts I’ve bought because it was his birthday from the street. I was unsure of the cleanliness of the leather recliner. I had shorts nighties on the first night and felt crumbs stuck to my legs and back of upper thighs near buttocks. Location from the bathhouses, restaurants and activities were great! Be prepared to possibly meet rude people that stay in the other unit but in my opinion.. if you know how to park you can stagger two SUV’s and both parties can share the driveway.
It was close enough to the amenities, but just off the beaten path enough to be a peaceful stay.
Thanks for having us!!

Loved this place so much, at times it was hard to convince myself to explore the rest of Hot Springs. Inside the jet tub and shower worked very well, the decor was obviously collected and displayed by someone with love for design, the bed is huge and very comfortable as are the chairs in the living room where the tv and wifi worked well.
Outside, the porch is nicely furnished and covered from the sun and offers some privacy. At the corner, but not too close, is a 24 hour convenience store that covered our needs. Historic bathhouse row is within a scenic walkable mile as is the start of the trail leading to the observation tower. This was awesome for us as we did not have a car.
I almost don't want to recommend, because I want this to be available for me at my next visit! Great job.
Everything was absolutely great. Quiet neighborhood conveniently located, very clean and perfect for our anniversary getaway. The only thing that I would say needed to be changed is the couch was a bit worn out but nothing that ruined our trip. Chariti was great at staying in contact with us while we were there. Will be planning another stay in the future!!!
The bedroom and bathroom were great! I think you should replace the couch. Very uncomfortable to sit on. The coffee make put grounds in our coffee today but worked fine yesterday. It’s a very cozy place!
There are always pros and cons with a VRBO because you don’t know exactly what you are getting until you get there…
Pros: fully functional jacuzzi tub, which we love! Even kept the water warm while circling
Plenty of toilet paper (which is sometimes nonexistent at rentals)
Cute decor (full jungle theme)
Soap at both sinks
A roll of paper towels in the kitchen
A full-sized fridge with freezer
A REALLY comfortable bed!
Nice shower with plenty of hot water
Great location for everything we wanted to do
Had a little basket of snacks and coffee in the kitchen - a nice extra touch
Cons:
Couch is seriously sinking in the middle
Kitchen is understocked - there is a microwave and very small toaster oven, but no oven, no cooking utensils, no hot pads (we reheated pizza, 2 slices at a time in the toaster oven and it was a challenge to get them out with the corner of a towel). There were 4 mugs, 3 bowls, 3 or 4 regular size plates and several small plates, a drawer full of eating utensils and that’s all. It was manageable, but restrictive as to what could be prepared (we can’t afford to eat out every meal)
Only 2 ice trays in the freezer
And lastly, though the decor was cute, there was so much that it was a challenge to put our own things down - there were empty drawers available, but tabletop space was covered throughout
Overall, we would stay again, but would prepare differently for a few things.
