Comfortable house with beautiful garden!

Very friendly welcome by Manuela. The house is cosy, well equipped and comfortable. We very much liked the garden with the great view. It was a pleasant stay in the historic center of Spello.

Amazing location with large yard and great views!

We loved staying here for the week, it was great for our little family. Spello is a special place and this home is walking distance to everything. Had everything we needed. Mostly loved eating al fresco, taking in the views with a morning coffee and using the spa on hot afternoons. Thanks for a great stay!

Breathtaking!

Manuela greeted us with a beautiful smile! She was very accommodating and made us feel right at home. The house is beautiful and cozy. We ate breakfast outside enjoying the amazing views. I would recommend this special place to everyone to enjoy! Thank you again Manuela for everything😘

This was amazing

We had a wonderful stay in Spello thanks to Manuela and Antonio’s thoughtful touches and gracious hospitality. The garden was beautiful, the house was comfortable and well appointed, the town is stunning- truly we were so happy here I wish I had had the foresight to book a longer stay. We would absolutely book again.

Stunning house, beautiful town and wonderful hosts

The house is fantastic and the pictures really do not do it justice. The views are amazing. - just so fabulous to sit and watch sunrise or sunset across the valley in the beautiful garden . And so well equipped outside with many tables and chairs AND all comfortable! The hot tub was also wonderful. Inside the house is lovely and light and decorated beautifully . It is also incredibly well equipped with nice glasses and crockery etc . Again the inside pictures do not do La BELLAVISTA justice!! The centre of the town of Spello is just a 5’ walk away along wonderful old streets and alleyways and pathways - it is a lovely town with a great selection of bars and restaurants plus Roman ruins and some amazing churches. There is beautiful countryside all around and a great local walk along by the old Roman aquaduct ( about 5k each way) . And finally our dear lovely hosts - Manuela & Antonio -the warm welcome they gave us, the help carrying our bags at the start and end of our stay and the suggestions of where to go and what to do. They are a wonderful couple and we were so delighted to have met them and got to know them a little. So YES we loved the property! :-)

An amazing cìouple from all points of view: they have a friendly and easy communication, a contagious enthusiasm for travelling in general , a perfect and dear care for the house, and most of all ...a rare super happy mood that springs from their talk and their attitude... We could not hope to find sweetest and dearest guests! Sometimes, hosting is a very, very special experience, for real! Future hosts will be lucky to have them! Hope that they can come back again in the future! :-)

Vacanza splendida e rigenerante

Premettendo che è una casa singola molto curata con grande giardino recintato in ottima posizione, e già questo è moltissimo, non possiamo che elogiare i proprietari, Manuela ed Antonio, discreti ma sempre disponibili per consigli o qualunque dubbio. Siamo stati benissimo, sia noi, sia i nostri amici a 4 zampe. Le cene all'aperto e la zona relax hanno completato giornate splendide, trascorse a visitare le meraviglie umbre e a fare passeggiate con i nostri cani. Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno in questa location.

Tolle Lage, Wohlfühlort mit viel Platz

Traumlage am Rand von Spello mit Blick aus dem großzügigen Garten (verschiedene Plätze zum aufhalten!) in die Ebene. Total ruhig. Sehr schön individuell eingerichtet, absolut zum wohlfühlen. Großer Wohnraum mit Küche und 2 Schlafzimmer. Sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Wanderungen ab Haus oder im Umfeld super möglich, sightseeing sowieso.

Rare to meet such guests! They not only were perfect guests with communication and attitude but they have a special friendly and happy mood that mixed with a deep knowledge background makes meeting them very special. They are passionate, curious and never common. It has been a real pleasure to know them and we hope sincerely that they can come again very soon!! (... the trees and plants of all Italy tremble for their green thumb!!) :-)

La vacanza perfetta

Il titolo riassume l'esperienza vissuta. La casa è esattamente come descritta, se possibile ancora meglio. L'ubicazione è invidiabile: parcheggio auto comodo e pochi passi dalla casa, in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro, il giardino con vista sulla valle è impagabile. Spello, oltre ad essere un bellissimo borgo, è in posizione strategica per gli spostamenti verso le località più belle e rinomate dell'Umbria. La casa è pulitissima e dotata di ogni comodità, arredata con gusto e dove nulla è lasciato al caso. Noi siamo una famiglia di 4 persone (2 adulti e due ragazze) più un cane e ognuno di noi ha avuto il proprio spazio a disposizione. Manuela è stata fin dal check in un host impareggiabile. Gentile, presente e sempre disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre richieste. In tanti anni di vacanze in case in affitto questa è di gran lunga la migliore, c'è poco da aggiungere se non che vorremmo tornarci domani!

Famiglia simpatica? Rispettosa della casa e delle regole? Macché... DI PIU'!!! Come la Nutella sul pane fresco, come l'arcobaleno senza pioggia, come vedere un cucciolo di camoscio mentre si fa una passeggiata, come il profumo di un campo di lavanda dopo la pioggia, come la fila che scorre di più. alla Posta .. Insomma.. un host non potrebbe desiderare di più. Il quadrupede, all'altezza dei proprietari, maggiorenni e non. Un amore. Un amore di famiglia. E la tartarughina Cammi non è un caso si sia affacciata proprio per la loro presenza..no? Auguro a tutti gli host di averli come ospiti. Quasiamici, ormai!

Umbrien ideal!– Ein tolles Ferienhaus für Mensch und Hund

Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Manuela, Empfang und Schlüsselübergabe, Organisation der Abreise liefen perfekt und völlig unkompliziert. Manuela hatte uns eine Lücke auf einem der öffentlichen (kostenlosen) Parkplätze im Bergdorf Spello freigehalten und brachte uns in wenigen Minuten Fußweg in das in einer reinen Fußgängergasse am Ortsrand gelegene Ferienhaus. Innen wunderbar mit allem, was man braucht, Betten bezogen und Handtücher bereit. Eine Flasche Rotwein und was zum Knabbern standen zur Begrüßung auf dem Tisch. Die beiden Hunde in unserer Begleitung haben sich im komplett eingezäunten Garten sofort wohlgefühlt. Vom Garten aus genießt man einen wunderbaren offenen Blick in der herrliche umbrische Landschaft. Haus und Garten bieten auch bei etwas trüberem Wetter beste Aufenthsltsqualität, bei Regen kann immer noch bei einem Gas Wein unter dem kleinen überdachten Pavillon sitzen und sich an der Aussicht erfreuen. Eine herrlich erholsame Woche!

Having Frank and his family (...dogs included!!) has been a real pleasure... Communication and caring of the house just perfect and, main point when hosting guests with dogs, not one single sign of damage. The fear of every host is dog's scratchings or, in a garden, holes. Well.. their dogs have been perfect.. the sign they have been very well trained and under constant attention. Perfect guests...we hope they can come again in the future! To be recommended at 100%. :-)
