Indoor facilities
Elvoria Villa I is a two-floor residence of 135 sqm, designed to provide a relaxing and comfortable stay for up to 6 guests. On the upper floor, guests will find a bright open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for 6 people. The contemporary furnishings and large openings create a welcoming atmosphere, while the balcony offers beautiful views of the Cretan Sea, providing a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind throughout the day.

The first bedroom is also located on this floor and features twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, there are two additional bedrooms, both designed with comfort and privacy in mind. One features twin beds that can be converted into a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, while the other offers twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Both bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor pool area.

The villa's earthy color palette, warm furnishings and stone-faced details create a cosy and relaxing atmosphere throughout the residence. Every space has been thoughtfully designed to offer guests a comfortable retreat where modern amenities blend naturally with an inviting, homely character.

The outdoor area of Elvoria Villa I is the perfect place to enjoy the Cretan sunshine and beautiful sea views. The private swimming pool invites guests to cool off during the warm summer days, while the surrounding sunbeds provide a relaxing spot for sunbathing or simply unwinding with a refreshing drink.

Thanks to its privileged location, the villa enjoys beautiful views of the Cretan Sea throughout the day. The outdoor area offers a peaceful setting where guests can relax, spend quality time together, and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of Kalamaki.

Elvoria Villa I is part of the Elvoria Villas Complex, which includes four luxury villas: Elvoria Villa II ( 3 bedrooms), Elvoria Villa III (5 bedrooms), and Elvoria Villa IV (3 bedrooms). The total number of rooms for the whole complex is 14, and the guests can book as many villas as they wish based on the number of guests that travel with them.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
