This is an amazing apartment located in Campo Grande, relatively close to the tourist center and next to the university town. Ideal for families or groups of friends to enjoy the wonderful mild Lisbon weather. Just 5 minutes from the airport.
The property features 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds, 2 bathrooms, an equipped living room with a dining area, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels and internet. Guests can prepare their functions in the fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively, we can visit several restaurants within walking distance and taste Portuguese or international specialties. Fully equipped, you will have access to sheets, towels, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, fan (summer) or heater (winter).

1) Check-in takes place at the flat from 15:00.
2) Check-out takes place until 11:00.
Please note that check-ins between:
8 pm - 9:59pm : a late check-in fee of 20€ will be charged
10 pm - 03 am : a late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged
At the time of check-out, guests must leave the flat relatively clean. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee of the same amount as the booking.

Décevant
Location située ds un environnement triste, délabrée et sale ( mégots, saletés devant l entrée) , aucune photo de l extérieur hormis la terrasse.
A 5 min de l aéroport mais au dessus d un couloir aérien, des avions au dessus de nos têtes toutes les 4 minutes !!! Non spécifié dans l annonce, bien sûr !!
Du matériel vétuste ( salon de jardin, séchoir à linge..) des pb électriques
Avons même trouvé des saletés en bas d un placard!!!
Location décevante par rapport aux photos de l annonce
Heureusement nous avons passé la majorité de notre séjour dans Lisbonne et alentours.
Je ne recommande pas la location.
