The house is located in the coastal town of Luz de Tavira, close to the sea

Casa Arroio is a detached charming house, which actually consists of 2 separate houses under 1 roof, each with their own living room, kitchen,
1 bedroom and bathroom. The right house also gives access to a beautiful spacious and sunny roof terrace with lounge sofa and sun beds.
Casa Arroio was carefully restored and furnished by the owners in 2019, and tailored to the needs of the guests. You will not lack for comfort.
The saltwater pool is a pleasant place and the enclosed inner patio with sunbeds and large dining table is spacious and offers all the privacy for long,
lovely evenings dining outside. Even in winter, thanks to this sheltered patio, this house offers all possibilities for outdoor living. Another plus of this
house is that the coastal nature reserve the Ria Formosa begins at 1.5 kilometers from the house. Ideal for cycling and walking enthusiasts!

The house is rented to a maximum of four people. When you come with two people there will be no other guests in the other house.

Note: This house is not suitable for unsupervised children. We always consider children under 12 not suitable. This is because the apartments are really separate.

Casa Arroio is located in a very small, quiet neighbourhood, together with other vacation homes and some houses of Portuguese. So here you are
as a temporary resident a bit part of the daily Portuguese life! And when you close the gate, you are back in your own modern vacation home.
The house is located in the coastal town of Luz de Tavira, 30 minutes from Faro airport, 35 kilometres from Spain and close to the sea.
Many facilities are available in the village of Luz da Tavira, including a train station, but a car is pleasant to explore the area. In the cosy town of
Tavira there are large supermarkets, numerous restaurants and stores. The nice beach Pedras del Rei with the train and the lovely fishing villages
Santa Luzia and Fuseta with many restaurants and terraces are all at 5 to 10 minutes by car from the house. In short, Casa Arroio is besides a nice
comfortable house also a good base to explore this part of the Algarve!

We had such a lovely time in this beautiful place my family and I were totally happy with everything.Our hosts were extremely helpful with information on local events as well as restaurants and beaches etc, and we felt welcomed into the Luz de Tavira community.We would definitely go back again.

Ein kleines außergewöhnliches Paradies

Ein Paradies mit kleinen Mängeln. Das Sonnendach wurde erst nach 8 Tagen moniert, die Sonnenschirme, speziell die Ständer dazu, sind in die Jahre gekommen, kein deutsches TV (Laptop und HDMI-Kabel helfen) - alles andere gut, wie beschrieben. Nur die schöne Palme die mal im Hof stand (und auf Google Maps StreetView immer noch zu sehen ist), haben wir sehr vermisst.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Het huis, de indeling, het zwembad en Paula die altijd klaar stond voor ons. Een fles water bij aankomst zou fijn zijn. In een huis met een zwembad verwacht je meer handdoeken. Nu moesten we iedere keer wassen omdat we ook naar het strand gingen. Er zijn ontzettend snel mieren in het huis. Iets om tussendoor de vloer schoon te dweilen zou fijn zijn.

Très bon séjour

Une très jolie maison , très agréable, avec ses multiples terrasses. Environnement calme et très pratique pour visiter la région. Très bon accueil de Paula qui nous a attendu plus de 2h, car notre avion avait du retard. Des fruits frais dans la cuisine pour notre accueil. Les deux maisons ont leur charme. La deuxième plus petite, très appréciée de notre ado pour avoir son indépendance, sauf pour les repas évidemment. Pas pu profiter de la piscine elle était à 21°c à notre arrivée et est descendue à 18°c avec le vent de la semaine. Les logements sont très bien équipés, il manque juste un four micro-ondes pour réchauffer les plats. Literie nickel. En bref on s'est régalé pendant ce séjour. Les 2 restaurants à proximité sont très bons et sympathiques.
