Modern Ibiza’s property completely new (finished in May 2016) following Ibiza’s modernarchitecture style, combining stone and modern walls, with luxury qualities and comfortsall in only one high. 7 suites (6 suites inside the main house and 1 suite near its entrance, all of them with anensuite complete bathroom with rain drop shower) with views to the outside gardenedarea. The villa has 2 kitchens (1 inside and 1 outside), respect’s toilet, living room, diningroom, swimming pool, outdoor barbecue and 2nd kitchen area, terraces, garage, laundry room and drying area.
