Eric House is a delightful, detached holiday home resting in Muston near Filey, North Yorkshire and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.
The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dining seating for five. There is also a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove, a utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a snug room and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a king-size (zip/link), a double with an en-suite and a single bedroom. Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden with furniture and off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, smoking is not allowed. Within 1.5 miles there is a shop, within 0.2 miles, a pub and within 1.9 miles, a beach. For a special retreat to North Yorkshire, getaway to Eric House.
