The Carlit house is a very comfortable and well maintained small house with swimming pool, located in the middle of a quiet residential area.
Carlit offers its guests a beautiful sunny terrace, a living/dining room with a small open kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is functionally equipped with a two-plate cooker, fridge (an additional fridge for drinks is in the garage), coffee machine, microwave, electric kettle and small oven . The washing machine is in the garage. German satellite TV is available.
In the living room there is air conditioning for hot days (at an additional cost).
The house stands out for its outdoor space with a saltwater swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a sun terrace with an awning and deck chairs, plenty of room to sunbathe and relax and an outdoor barbecue.
Behind the house there is still a chillout area. You can spend the day there without being disturbed.
In the courtyard, it is possible to easily park a vehicle.
