Saufley House - Intracoastal Beach Cottage, Perdido Key, Florida

Welcome to Saufley House. A charming beach cottage located on the intra coastal waterway on Perdido Key, FL. The house is fully stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach. 100 ft of private white sand beach. Bring your boat, there is ample parking! Galvez public boat launch is only minutes away. 10 minutes to NAS Pensacola, less than a mile to the Gulf and Johnson's Beach. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 6 comfortably.

Please take note that I do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age, and I will consider pets for an additional $150 non-refundable fee.

Watch for sandspurs on shoes; they stick to rugs. Outdoor chairs secured on deck near the water (off walkway). Re-secure them after daily use.

Very clean, quick walk to river access, with public beach access a couple minutes down the road. The house was one of the most well stocked places I've stayed in(we cook most of our meals, so this was a huge plus)

Our second stay at this property was wonderful. The location is convenient to the beach, restaurants and walking. The wrap around porch and boardwalk to the water are favorite features. We absolutely love this vacation spot! This is our #1 place to go when we go to the beach! Perfect walk to fish and play in sand and soak up all the sun! Clean everytime and such good hostess! Price is absolutely incredible for the place you get! Perfect for children and not too crowded like public beach! 10/10 every time!

Really nice VRBO. One of the most well stocked linen and supplies VRBO we have stayed at. Very clean, very comfortable. Really convenient to gulf beach's, less than a few minutes. Plenty of fish to catch in the intercostal.

Excellent home and location. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the Saufley house as it feels like a home away from home. They have placed a great bit of thought into helping guests feel like they are welcome: plenty of cookware, dishes and extras to enoy. Not to mention the beautiful views and being central to everything!!

The most laid back place I’ve ever stayed. Super quite. Short walk to sunset grill and short drive to Perdido seafood market. Everything there is delicious. The cottage is super clean and well stocked. Huge lot with large private beach on the inlet. Lengthy walkway to water. So much better than being on the gulf. Back porch is awesome place to hangout. Grill and picnic table provided. If you like just hanging out at and not getting in the busy traffic this is your place. Sunsets are awesome. Best beach place I’ve ever stayed.

Absolutely perfect, close to restaurants and stores. The private beach was so nice to have and the house had so much room. We loved the wrap around porch too. The neighborhood is very quiet and private with nice people around.
