Comfortable 95 sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people located on the second floor of a building with a lift (not suitable for people with disabilities). The accommodation is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the city but from which you can easily reach the center in 15 minutes by public transport. The apartment consists of a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a large balcony and free private parking in garage.

The apartment is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa and armchair, dining table, TV.

- Open kitchen with 5-burner gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle (not electric), American coffee maker and moka.

- BEDROOM 1 with double bed and wardrobe.

-BEDROOM 2 with 2 single beds and chest of drawers.

- BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet and toilet.

OTHER SERVICES: Unlimited wifi, heating, a fan, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

The district has the great advantage of being very close to the center (10 min by car, 30 min on foot with the beautiful promenade along the Po) while being very quiet, and therefore there is no traffic or parking problems. The Po river is located just below the road, about 200 meters away - The apartment is in a high position, and offers a beautiful panoramic view. The area is connected to all points of the city by a dense network of cycle paths in the greenery.

The area is very characteristic and lively, with all kinds of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the house, but at night it is quiet.

At 2km (15 minutes on foot), across the Po, is the new Luigi Einaudi University Center which has just been inaugurated.

Turin train station can be easily reached in about 20 minutes by bus from the Vittorio Emanuele stop, which is only a 4-minute walk from the apartment. Turin airport can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

In 20 minutes on foot in the green along the Lungo Po you arrive in the central Piazza Vittorio Veneto; alternatively, three bus lines pass right under the house and you can reach the center in 10 minutes.

Private free parking in the property.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.

The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

When collecting the keys at the office, we will offer you a welcome gift.

After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:

- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00

- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00

- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30

All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

AIRBNB automatically charge the tourist tax, we advise you to request the exemption of the tax to Airbnb if you are resident in Turin or if you have children under 12 because you are not required to pay it.

The building has a lift but there are some stairs so it is not suitable for the disabled.

It is possible to park in the garage located to the left of the first external door. The measures of the box are: HEIGHT 210 CM, DEPTH 485 CM, WIDTH 225 CM.
