This place was once known for its agricultural wealth and fertile land, while today it is peaceful oasis that overlooks both : sea of Novigrad and Velebit mountain. This villa can accommodate 8 people in 4 rooms, two of which are located on the ground floor, while two others are on the first floor. It is decorated in simple modern style whose basis are wood and stone materials. Besides fully equipped kitchen and living room there is summer kitchen by the pool with the fireplace. In addition to pool, there is plenty of entertainment possibilities such as table tennis, darts and PlayStation console. On the other hand, if you are looking for recharging your batteries we guarantee you that a cup of coffee and the never-ending view on a meadow and birds’ song will fulfill all your expectations.

Tolle Villa mit perfektem Pool

Wir waren 10 Tage in der Villa und haben es sehr genossen. Der große Pool und die Außenküche sorgen dafür, dass man eigentlich nur draußen ist. Alles sehr sauber und neu. Klimaanlage in fast jedem Zimmer. Insgesamt wirklich perfekt. Wer aber einen Strand-Urlaub möchte, sollte ein anderes Objekt wählen, welches näher am Strand ist.

Wunderschönes Haus in Ruhiger Lage

Das Haus kann ich jedem nur empfehlen. Es ist sehr Neu, mit allem eingerichetet was man nur braucht und sehr sauber. Wir waren für 18 Tage vor Ort und und haben es sehr genoßen. Die Eigentümer wohnen direkt neben an und kümmern sich um einen. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt, wir haben leckeres Obst bekommen und wurden mit einem Barbecue überrascht. Es war wirklich toll und es hat nichts gefehlt. Gerade die Outdoor Küche direkt am Pool ist auch super, man kann den ganzen Tag draußen verbringen. Das Haus ist aber etwas abseits in Ruhiger Lage. Ohne Auto kann man nichts machen. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus bei Zadar. Die Eigentümer wohnen gleich nebenan und sind sehr freundlich. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier richtig. Es gibt einen großzügigen Pool und ausreichend Liegen. Eine Outdoor- und eine Indoor-Küche welche beide sehr gut ausgestattet sind. Das Haus ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und es gibt ausreichend Klimageräte. Unsere Kinder haben sich über die Tischtennisplatte und die Schaukel gefreut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Brot und Butter sind mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Lidl oder Kaufland gibt es in Zadar ca. 25-30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. (Die Gegend um das Haus herum ist sehr einsam und es gibt viele Ruinen) Wir können eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen.

Ein schöner Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Villa in ruhiger Umgebung

Eine wunderschöne, modern und bequem eingerichtete Villa (vollklimatisiert) in einer sehr ruhigen Ortschaft im Hinterland von Zadar (25 Minuten mit dem Auto). Abgesehen von der großzügigen Terrasse mit diversen Stühlen und Liegen, dem Pool und dem riesigen Feigenbaum ist die Außenküche das absolute Highlight. Komplett eingerichtet, inklusive Grill und großem Tisch war dies der Mittelpunkt des täglichen Urlaubslebens. Die Vermieterfamilie wohnt gleich nebenan, war immer ansprechbar und hat sich vorbildlich um uns gekümmert. Nebst regelmäßige Obst- und Gemüse-'spenden', wurden wir spontan auf einen Grillabend eingeladen und haben einen sehr schönen Abend mit der ganzen Familie verbracht. Ich glaube wir kommen wieder :-)
