Thanks for the great review Rob! We look forward to having you back a third time!

Thank you for leaving us a great review! We welcome you back any time. The service fee you are inquiring about is one that VRBO charges to all guests to cover platform services like customer support. This money goes directly to VRBO (not to owners) and is a percentage of the cost of your stay. We hate the extra fees and how high it is too, but it is the cost of using VRBO. Sadly, nothing we can do on our end, we are not able to discount or waive it. Trust us, they charge us a lot of fees too! haha.

Thank you Lynn! We can’t wait to have you back. So happy the trip was everything you wanted and more. Glad it was worth the wait!

Thank you Linda for a great review! So glad you enjoyed our property. It is a great spot for first time visitors for sure with having everything close by and accessible. Having the park below definitely adds a lot of fun and sometimes a little noise but the pros typically outweigh any cons. Glad you were able to enjoy the sunsets from the balcony and the pool! For future renters - this is correct, there is no hot tub at this property - not sure where the listing states that but we unfortunately do not have one. There is one unit in the building that does have one on their balcony but it is private so only able to be used by those in that unit. And thank you for letting us know you had an issue with the cable TV - we will be sure to check on that right away! Please come back and stay again!

Thank you for the glowing review Lisa! We so very much appreciate you and are so glad you had a wonderful stay with us! Come back again any time!

We appreciate you taking the time to review our property, though a bit saddened that your stay wasn't as flawless as we would have hoped. I am glad you enjoyed the location! It is truly wonderful. We would love to address the comments so future guests understand the situation. The elevator's door motor did go out and a new part was built and installed half way through the guests stay and was up and running (it is 100 percent operational). Before the part was installed, the elevator was still functional, we actually hired a staff member to assist in operating for guests convenience. We completely understand this wasn't the most convenient situation and offered to compensate these guests and invite them back to prove we can do better, but we never heard back. The air conditioner also went out during the guests stay. When it rains it pours I suppose is the best way to put it! We hired an outside contractor immediately and had a new AC unit installed the next day. The safe's just needed to be reset, which was done the same day the guests informed us of the issue. Our patio furniture is very classic Mexico, and we love it! We actually had it made and purchased it brand new this year. We also had the sofa's cushions made and recovered in brand new sunbrella fabric this year too so, they are indeed new. We understand if not everyone loves the style, it is much more traditional than modern but we like that it keeps the charm. We strive to keep our unit in great shape and are constantly doing improvements based on guest comments. We love sharing our home with guests and hope they all fall in love with Puerto Vallarta as much as we have.
