About this property

Spacious, modern, 5bedroom house within the quaint village of Twyford, near the historic city of Winchester and on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Sleeps 10.

Can also be booked together with the 2bedroom Annexe to make 7 bedrooms, sleeping 16 in total!

Free wifi. Free private parking for upto 3cars. Open Fireplace + Log burner. Large garden. Gated entrance. Two brilliant local pub/ restaurants as well as a cafe and charming local shop.

Winchester 10minutes drive.

The house furnished to a modern standard and has comfortable beds. Linen and bedding is hotel grade and cleaning/ housekeeping is provided weekly when staying for longer than 10days.

There's a cosy snug off the kitchen/ dining area with log burner and Sky TV.
The large lounge can comfortably seat at least six with large TV, DVD player and a beautiful large open fire.

With a large open plan kitchen diner you will be able to socialise with your group whilst cooking in the well equipped kitchen.

The large, open garden has a patio terrace and dining set for enjoying meals in the evening sun.

If it's a bit chilly out, you can still enjoy the sun in the conservatory.

You'll find five double bedrooms and one single, with en-suite in the main bedroom, including walk-in shower and bath tub.

The family bathroom has shower over bath.

There is an additional cloakroom downstairs.

Free parking within the gated driveway - max 3cars.

Your stay will be managed by Away On Business Ltd. We are local experts and are on hand for any queries you may have. Although we are not staying on-site, we are near by should we need to visit.
We welcome leisure stays as well as corporate and temporary re-locations.

Twyford is a quintessential English village, steeped in history. Take a walk along the River Itchen or hike up to the South Downs for amazing views across Hampshire and over to the Isle of Wight.

You'll find two great pub/ restaurants just a few minutes walk and a cafe with shop for essentials, a relaxing coffee or sandwich.

There are local buses to town or a 15minute walk to Shawford train station for longer journeys.
