Seaview Cottage on the Island

Lovingly created two bedroom suite, finished to a high standard to provide a wonderful stay. You will have the place to yourself. Two people price is based on two people sharing 1 bedroom with king size bed. If two bedrooms are required there will be an extra charge. There are two bedrooms. Bedroom one, with king size bed, memory foam mattress and pillows. 100% Egyptian cotton bedding and smart tv. Bedroom two with double bed, memory foam mattress and pillows, also with Egyptian cotton bedding and tv. The living room has a smart tv. Bathrobes and slippers provided. The bathroom has a waterfall spa shower and a freestanding spa bath. The large kitchen with dining table and patio doors leading out onto the deck with amazing seaviews and access to the hot tub and garden. The kitchen has Bosch oven and hob, integrated fridge, a freezer and dishwasher. Bosch Tassimo coffee machine. Microwave and full range of kitchen utensils. Access to a washing machine is available on request. There is a BBQ and 2 fire pits. You have full private use of the areas and gardens shown in the pictures. The Gazebo is glazed for shelter with amazing views of sea and country side. The nearest shop is a 4 minute drive.There are bars and restaurants within a short drive from the property. Many are pet friendly. There are many golf courses within a short drive from here. The stunning Gobbins cliff path is just 5 minutes drive and many other tourist attractions are within easy travelling distance from the property. The Islandmagee area is perfect for walking, cycling, watersports etc. You can visit any part of Northern Ireland from here and return the same day while having time to explore. Belfast city is 35 minutes by car. Giants causeway is 1.5 hours drive. Longer if you take in all the beautiful locations on the way up the coast road.

Great accommodation in a lovely quiet setting overlooking the lough and our hosts were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. We used the cottage as a base to explore the area and the Causway Costal Route. We really enjoyed our stay in this modern well equipped cottage and would thoroughly recommend it.

Lovely light airy house catering for all our needs. Enjoyed the hot tub, bicycles, views and peace of the area. Islandmagee is a little hidden gem.

Fantastic property and location

Niall & Janeen are the perfect hosts nothing was to much trouble and went over and above with their hospitality. The location is stunning and for you Game of Throne fans the film location for the White Wall is across the bay. The property had everything you'd expect and good size for two and a small dog not that we spent much time inside as the weather was fantasic. we would highly recommend Seaview Cottage and would stay again.

Beautiful Islandmagee

The house and property are beautiful and exactly as described. The hosts were very nice and helpful and even brought us extra coffee, which is specific to their coffee maker. We had a wonderful stay! Vacationers tip: Northern Ireland is wet and misty. I’ve also has some of the most beautiful cliffside views I’ve ever seen so it’s well worth it. Bring waterproof pants and jacket!

This place is a little peice of heaven. It is far enough out of the way to be relaxing and feel "cut off" from the hustle and bustle but close enough to the sites and towns for anything you could need. Niall and Janeen are awesome and are happy to have a natter or leave you be and let you enjoy the facilities. The hot tub is a must try...amazing Honeymoon in an amazing place x

Perfect break away.

Perfect location to Browns Bay and Whitehead, which has stunning walks. Beautiful views of the Mournes. Janeen and Niall were kind to let us bring our little cockapoo, who had plenty of space to run and sit out. Self- contained and modern with everything you need, with a little extra thought of robes and slippers. Very peaceful, with a huge comfy bed, use of a hot tub with beautiful views. So perfect that we had to extend the stay for another day/night. Nothing more needed for a relaxing break away.

Great relaxing chilled out stay

A fantastic wee spot that has everything you need for a relaxing break and also a few extras. The hot tub was the highlight but also the location is right on the waters edge. I could see seals on the rocks each morning! We were only coming from Newtownabbey so it was even better that we could find a spot like this so close to home. Browns bay beach is literally only 5 minutes away Our kids came to visit the second day of our stay and the owners were great enough to allow this so we were thankful for that. The boy's loved the place and we made some good memories. We chilled at night in the hot tub and watched a movie in the cool wee side house that visitors stay in. Definately a gem that we will revisit some day. Thank you Niall and Janeen

Janeen and Nialll were warm and welcoming hosts who were extremely accommodating. The cottage was beautifully presented and well equipped. It was a great treat to use their hot tub and admire the lovely veiws across the water at sunset. Highly recommended

The hosts Niall and Janeen were absolutely perfect, from check in to check out. The place was immaculate and had everything one would need. I highly recommend this location and when we return my wife and I will be staying here again! By far one of our best stays!

Haven of Tranquility

Pure Bliss

I booked Seaview Cottage after searching unsuccessfully for a glamping pod with a hot tub that would accept a booking for just one night. My friend and I were both hugely impressed with the property and facilities along with the tranquility of the location. It is a perfect location for a peaceful and relaxing stay and the owners Janeen and Niall couldn't have been nicer. One night was definitely not long enough and I can't wait to go back again.

Quiet haven

This is a lovely little private annex property in a very quiet location. A great escape from city life that has everything you need. The hosts were absolutely perfect and there if you needed them. There were some lovely coastal walks in the area. You definitely need a car to get around. Be mindful if you have an electric vehicle as the charging network is underdeveloped in Northern Ireland.

Welcome pack in the suite on arrival. Off street private parking available. Internet is available indoors and outside at the Hot tub. The smart tvs all have Netflix. ITV hub, BBC iplayer etc. Vacuum cleaner , ironing board and iron.
Electric BBQ. Pizza oven. Fire pits. Seating on the front deck. We are within easy reach of both Belfast City George Best airport and Belfast International airport. Belfast ferry port and Larne ferry port are within easy reach. Dublin airport and Dublin ferry port are only 2 hours away. The Islandmagee area is perfect for walking, cycling, watersports etc. You can visit any part of Northern Ireland from here and return the same day while having time to explore.
