Lovely apartment near the beach in Sunny La Mata

Discover La Mata from our lovely 'bungalow alto' apartment. Only 4 minutes walk to the long sandy beach dotted, along the decked promenade, with beach bars and restaurants and a 35 minute easy drive from Alicante airport.

It's a 5 minute walk to a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, chemists etc. 10 mins walk to the town square where there are lovely restaurants and often events happening, there is also a local wine bodega.
There are lovely walks around the salt lagoon nature reserve, 10 mins away, where various types of wildlife including flamingos and hoopoes can be spotted. The town has a street market every Wednesday morning and there are a number of fiestas throughout the year.

Our apartment is in a beautiful gated complex with 2 communal pools (the larger one is only open peak season 15th June-15th Sept).

Perfect for families and couples. You'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, hob, kettle, fridge/freezer, toaster, juicer and a microwave as well as plenty of cutlery, crockery and utensils.
Our apartment is the perfect place to explore the local area from and has air conditioning to help keep you cool during those Spanish Summer nights.
Please note the apartment is not in a block, but is on the first floor (there is an apartment below us but not above us) and only to 1 side.

A bus stop near the property also allows you to take a short trip into the lively town of Torrevieja.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
There is Wifi in the property.

- Check-in time is after 2pm and check-out is before 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is free parking on the street outside.

Please note that Spanish law requires you to send me a copy of your NIE or Passport and other details BEFORE you receive the keys.
