About this property
Casa Felice: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lake view, garden, 5 minutes from downtown
Welcome to my little house in Trevignano, which I’ve furnished with care and where I go whenever I can. It’s an 80-square-meter home in a residential complex—very bright, cool, with a small private garden, a terrace overlooking the lake, and stunning sunsets.
Let me describe the layout. The living room features a fireplace and a study area, connected to an open-concept kitchen. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a French bed (140x200). The second double bedroom opens onto the garden. Both bedrooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses. Two bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a shower; instead of a bidet, there’s a handheld showerhead next to the toilet.
A 3-minute drive from the lake and the historic centre of Trevignano, the house is situated on a hilltop at the top of a steep incline, so a car is recommended. Accessibility is easy and free of architectural barriers.

molto buono
