The villa is situated in a quiet area, about 150 metres from the nearest beach and about 500 metres from the beautiful oases of Biderosa and Sa Curcurica.
The apartment, which is very spacious at approximately 100 square metres, consists of an entryway with an open-concept kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry room.
Outside, there is a large panoramic veranda overlooking the inner courtyard and the beautiful pine forest of Cala Liberotto. Parking is available in the outdoor areas adjacent to the villa.
