This luxury apartment is peacefully located in the grounds of the owners home with open views and a peaceful garden area to sit out next to the pond and enjoy the relaxing surroundings. Whether for business, a touring base or a relaxing break this is a good location to explore the beaches and coast around Skegness, RSPB nature reserves at Frampton and Freiston, Aviation and “Bomber County” attractions as well as the unspoilt Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Lincoln our historic county town is less than an hour’s drive, with it beautiful mediaeval cathedral, ancient city walls and famously the resting place of one of the original copies of the Magna Carta and of course the location for its legendary Christmas market. Pub and restaurant ½ mile.
