A lovely barn conversion, situated on the outskirts of the medieval town of Wainfleet All Saints. Great connections to the popular attractions of Skegness and the coast.. 2 steps to entrance.

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack. Enclosed back garden with patio and garden furniture. Coarse fishing on-site (licence required). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Chainbridge Barns have been converted to provide superb luxury accommodation set close to the river Steeping, where there is the bonus of free river fishing within the grounds. Each barn has its own individual charm and are ideal for couples or a family of four to enjoy. Open views across the fields await you as does your own private enclosed garden to sit out and relax in.
A 10-minute stroll takes you into the centre of Wainfleet All Saints which is a quaint market town with an array of shops, pubs, restaurant and a railway station. The traditional seaside resort of Skegness is just 5 miles away, and has a lovely sandy beach and family entertainment, including the Fantasy Island theme park. The National Trust properties of Gunby Hall and Tattershall Castle are within easy driving distance. Visit bird and seal sanctuaries along the coast, or take a trip to medieval Lincoln, with its famous castle and cathedral, just 40 miles away, across the scenic, rolling Lincolnshire Wolds countryside. Beach 6 miles.
