A lovely barn conversion, situated on the outskirts of the medieval town of Wainfleet All Saints. Great connections to the popular attractions of Skegness and the coast.. 2 steps to entrance.

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack. Enclosed back garden with patio and garden furniture. Coarse fishing on-site (licence required). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Chainbridge Barns have been converted to provide superb luxury accommodation set close to the river Steeping, where there is the bonus of free river fishing within the grounds. Each barn has its own individual charm and are ideal for couples or a family of four to enjoy. Open views across the fields await you as does your own private enclosed garden to sit out and relax in.

A 10-minute stroll takes you into the centre of Wainfleet All Saints which is a quaint market town with an array of shops, pubs, restaurant and a railway station. The traditional seaside resort of Skegness is just 5 miles away, and has a lovely sandy beach and family entertainment, including the Fantasy Island theme park. The National Trust properties of Gunby Hall and Tattershall Castle are within easy driving distance. Visit bird and seal sanctuaries along the coast, or take a trip to medieval Lincoln, with its famous castle and cathedral, just 40 miles away, across the scenic, rolling Lincolnshire Wolds countryside. Beach 6 miles.

We have had a lovely stay at Chainbridge Barns, the owners greeted us on arrival and were very friendly. The barn was lovely and clean and a fantastic location. Close to skegness city centre but nice and quite back at the barn. Theres a coop and other shops a short distance away. Will definitely visit again. Many thanks.

Very well appointed cottage with high quality fixtures and fittings.

Very well appointed cottage with high quality fixtures and fittings. Very comfortable living space with large screen smart TV. Short walk to local village which has a good co op. Two pubs; we tried the food in one of the pubs;The Woolpack, we found portion sizes were large but food disappointing but beer from local brewery to good.Access to the cottages is via a short farm track to a large farmyard with plenty of parking space. It is very easy to miss the track from the A52. On the A52 from Lincoln to Skegness past the sign for Wainfleet St Mary, it is on the left adjacent to the river bridge which in turn ahead of a level crossing. There is no sign for the accommodation.Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we would revisit again should we be in the area.

The property itself was very well appointed and maintained, easy parking and garden area.
