Villa Trules - Four Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 8

For a family villa holiday in the Cretan countryside, Villa Trules offers the complete package, combining a great location close to the sandy beaches of Rethymnon, a private swimming pool, and a wonderful children’s playground.
Set over one floor, the villa is tastefully furnished, bright, and airy, offering four bedrooms, three with ensuite bathrooms, along with a separate WC and a large lounge with an adjoining kitchen and dining area. Large patio doors open onto the raised shaded terrace with a stylish hanging chair and dining area, perfect for a lingering evening drink after the younger ones are tucked up in bed. This area is linked by stone stairs leading down to the pool terrace, where guests can enjoy comfortable sunbeds, an alfresco breakfast bar, table tennis, and a brick-built barbecue. Another level down is a dedicated children’s playground with soft ground surrounded by trees.
The resort of Rethymnon is a ten-minute drive away. Built around miles of sandy beach, there is a long promenade with ample shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants, so you have all you need in one area. Beyond the town, you can visit ancient monasteries, traditional villages with churches, and the striking White Mountains.
The area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly and mountainous. The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to 3 steps to the front door, the front door is 100cm wide. Inside, to access 3 of the bedrooms, there are 2 internal steps. However, there is an ensuite bedroom that can be accessed with no internal steps. The lounge and kitchen/dining are both 100cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door that is 100cm wide, the outside grounds are uneven and hilly, and the path around the pool is 150cm wide. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps.
