nous sommes désolés pour vos propos en parte enjustifiés.
Pour entrer dans le vif du sujet, le service wi-fi a été activé à votre demande spécifique. D'habitude nos hôtes préfèrent surfer sur leurs téléphones portables, mais nous avons quand même activé le service payant précisément pour les accommoder s'ils souhaitent l'utiliser.
L'eau chaude n'est pas soumise aux personnes présentes dans l'appartement et je ne comprends pas cette déclaration de votre part. L'eau est fournie par le système et n'a aucune restriction.
Les draps sont vieux et très inconfortables: même cette affirmation laisse comprendre quant à ses intentions de vouloir à tout prix dénigrer notre hospitalité. Je pense qu'il existe la parole et la possibilité de demander ce qui ne va pas. Après tout, nous sommes humains.

Traumhaftes Haus
Leider haben wir die heißeste Zeit erwischt, das machte den Urlaub nicht wirklich entspannt, aber das Haus ist ein Traum und das Meer war glasklar. Das Wasser aus der Quelle in Fuscaldo hätte ich gerne zuhause 😉 Der Vermieter ultra nett und jede Frage wurde sofort beantwortet. Besser geht es kaum.
