Stunning views….however…

The apartment was as described. The balcony view and location was excellent. HOWEVER, the managing of the apartment and the “host” Eduardo, left much to be desired. I would go so far as to say…awful. For such a beautiful apartment it did not receive the tender care it should have. It was not fresh and clean and was missing some amenities…One garbage bag for eight days??? The most frustrating part was the the TV and drier did not work and nobody came after this discovery for the entire stay of 8 days, even after sending a WhatsApp every day. It was disappointing.

Average property, needs updates

Furniture worn out (sofa) lock poor, front porch door had to put a chair in front to keep it from blowing open. Could not operate TV or find channels or use apple tv. Two towels for a week, very poor. No paper towels in kitchen and four rolls of toilet paper for a week! Overall not bad but needs more attention to rent.

Perfect location and great apartment

The property overlooks the ponte vecchio - there can be many on the bridge and street but the terrace is far enough above that it is quite private and great for watching the crowds below. We were delayed on our arrival, due to weather, and Eduardo was great in that he waited up for us and showed us around the beautiful apartment. He also responded quickly when I had any questions during our stay.
