Impressive 5 Bedroom Villa with Stunning Views of Javea and the Mediterranean

Enjoy the incredible views that this spacious five bedroom ,two-floor villa offers your family and friends. With upper and lower terraces, the amazing views blend effortlessly with the interior. The terraces are easily accessible from the main bedroom, the living room, the kitchen, and the lower level.

The villa consists of two floors linked by an internal marble staircase. Upstairs hosts the main entrance to the villa into the open-plan reception area. It has a large kitchen with open-plan access to the dining area and living room. The living room, like most of the rooms in this villa; offers incredible views over Javea. The master bedroom is on this floor with an en-suite bathroom and access to its own large private terrace. A second double bedroom and toilet are also on this floor.

Downstairs are a further 3 bedrooms: all doubles with their own bathrooms. At the centre of this level is a second reception room with access out to the lower level terrace.

This villa offers a private outside space under the Naya and by the pool. It has a large outside dining area, and a further area for relaxing and taking in the views.

The villa pool, pool terrace and kitchen have all been updated in 2022/23.

Amazing property with wonderful views of Xàbia. Lovely spacious property, great pool and outdoor dining and seating. We stayed here as a family of 9 (from 8 to 80) and had the most amazing time. Jane was also extremely helpful and accommodating, and check in super easy. Would thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful villa, spectacular views

We had a wonderful stay and Jane is an excellent host, responding so quickly to any questions. The Villa is both spacious and very well presented. The outdoor shaded terrace is a real bonus, with its comfy sofas and large dining table. It really was the perfect Villa and location for our family group aged 25-88.

Lovely villa

This is a lovely Villa with beautiful views with good access and plenty of parking. 5 very large bedrooms with the main en-suite massive. The pool is a good size with great depth. Plenty of outside space in and out of the sun. All the furniture was comfortable as was the beds. Contact with the owner was welcomed and assisted at all times. We had a lovely stay, thank you very much

Wonderful Stay

What a lovely property. The Villa is very well equipped,with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. Our party of seven adults and two year old spent most of our time in the pool, ( which is quite deep), and relaxing under the Naya.The views from the Villa, to Jávea and out to sea,are outstanding. Janet, our host, was very quick to respond to our pre holiday enquiries. A quality travel cot and high chair were both made available for us which was a great help.There are some excellent restaurants within walking distance of the Villa. I particularly recommend Grand Cafe Flo for a relaxing meal, particularly if you have children in your party. We had a great time and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Fab villa, great location

Superb villa in a great location. Mixed range of ages - 18 to 60. Chilled time at the villa but so easy to get into the heart of Javea. Cost us about €10 for a taxi to the Arenal. The villa is beautiful - looks out over the sea and has all the facilities you would need. The table tennis was an added bonus! We have stayed on a lot of villas in Javea and would definitely come back here. Thank you 😊

Lovely spacious property perched high above Javea with superb views and cooling breezes

We had a spectacular time here. When we cooked. We could eat out on the veranda right next to the pool, the kitchen and living areas were huge and inviting. Javier is a great town with lots to do. The TV was not switched on once! Jane was very communicative and helped us with our check-in. Would come here again without hesitation. Thank you!

A million dollar view!

Everything that we hoped for.... We weren't lucky with the construction going on below next to the villa, but this is a temporary problem. The scenic view from the villa was incredible and it was worth it to drive up to hills on those crazy twisted roads. It was a lot of fun and we enjoyed every minute there. Thank you! Thank you! Fantastic week in a perfect location

We loved this villa. It was spacious, modern, clean and equipped with everything we needed. We cook and bbq a lot and were very happy indeed. The views from the terraces were spectacular, better than the photos, and only a short hop down to beautiful Arenal beach and the many bars, shops and restaurants. Shout out to the Siesta guys for a fantastic kayak and snorkelling adventure...there is so much to do in the area, Javea has it all. Could not fault the villa. The air con was great (and it was a very hot week) and the pool was kept beautifully. The master suite was gorgeous...what a bathroom!) Thank you Jane for all your help (and the coffee!!). Will definitely return.

Casa preciosa con vistas

Una casa preciosa con unas vistas espectaculares. Muy bien equipada, sólo echamos en falta una batidora, pero por lo demás, todo lo necesario. Muy amplia y bien decorada. La cuesta de la entrada demasiado empinada, no pudimos subir los coches pero fuera se aparca bien. La propietaria muy atenta y amable en todo momento. Una estancia totalmente recomendable.
