Stunning three-bedroom, three bathroom, duplex-style holiday rental in Malaga located in a newly constructed building with elevator.



This bright spacious holiday apartment in Malaga features a large terrace to enjoy the sun throughout the day with stunning views over the city centre.



On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with King Size bed (180x200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and large wardrobes.



Down the hallway, you will find a second full bathroom with shower.



The bright open-plan living and dining room features a 140-cm flat-screen smart TV, dining table and sofas. The huge kitchen has all the sophisticated equipment one can dream of at home. The entire area is flooded by natural light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling bay windows.



A large stairwell leads you to the upstairs floor where you will find two more bedrooms.



The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) with a desk area.

Both bedrooms have natural light coming from the terrace.



The large terrace of this incredible holiday flat in Malaga features an outdoors kitchen with BBQ, fridge, sink, hob, a dining and sitting area and high chairs with breaktaking views over the Cathedral and the swimming pool area.



At the back of the terrace, you will find an outdoors shower to freshen up as well as a laundry room with washing machine.



The communal swimming pool is right across the courtyard.



There is also a paddle court in the building itself.
