A103 is located within the Tennis Village, surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens and free-form communal swimming pool just steps away.

This one-bedroom apartment offers air-conditioning the bedroom and ceiling fans throughout. The apartment has been furnished to a high standard and offers all the comforts needed to make your vacation as relaxing as possible. The open plan living areas lead onto the terrace. The kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops.

At Sugar Hill, you will have full use of the onsite facilities. These include an open-plan styled clubhouse with a restaurant and bar, four floodlit tennis courts, air-conditioned fitness centre and a further 2,000 sq ft communal swimming pool.
