The house is located in the village, a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of Villasimius, in a quiet and peaceful residence with tennis court and swimming pool (open in July and August with the presence of lifeguard).
Organized on 2 levels, on the upper floor sleeping area with 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower; on the ground floor the living area with living room, kitchenette and 1 bathroom with shower.
outdoor terrace with panoramic views, organized to allow you to have lunch / dinner outside thanks to the barbecue and a table with chairs and lounge chairs.
The house has air conditioning in the sleeping area and is equipped with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer.
At 500 meters there is a supermarket stocked and also you can take advantage of a shuttle that takes you directly to the beach of Simius.

Great Place to stay for your vacation

Great apartment with a great atmosphere and very good location. The apartment is spacious and very bright, extremely clean and lovingly furnished. It has a wonderful, large terrace with a view over Villasimius. It also has all the necessary equipment. Free and numerous parking spaces are available directly in front of the apartment. The surroundings are quiet and pleasant. The owner is extremely personable, friendly and helpful. Also supports with local information and tips for a great vacation! We had a great vacation, also thanks to this apartment! Many thanks Paolo!

Perfect little holiday apartment

This holiday apartment is every bit as bright, cheerful and well maintained as it appears in the website pictures. The owners are the kindest, warmest people we have met when renting a private property. They showed us everything in the apartment on arrival, and were very kind to give us some fruit, tomatoes and honey from their own garden. We loved the spacious terrace with wonderful view, the kitchen/living area is well prepared with a lot of household necessities already in place (washing-up liquid, kitchen-roll, tinfoil, all the little basics). The bedroom with the bunk beds is spacious enough for 4, and the master bedroom is very comfortable with nice fresh linens. Both bathrooms are fine, but showers are a little small for turning round in. The air conditioning upstairs is quite handy also, We used the residence pool a few times, open mornings and late afternoons, and this was satisfactory, but no sunbeds. The town of Villasimius has some of the most beautiful beaches we have seen in Europe, car is recommended. The town has a nice pedestrian area at night, with a good choice of restaurants (make sure you book tables in advance), and of course plenty of gelato bars. Not so much in the way of shopping, but it's not a huge town. This is a great apartment for families/friends, location is nice and quiet, supermarket within walking distance, and we would definately use it again for that area. Grazie again to the owners.

Séjour parfait pour découvrir les plages du sud ouest

Nous avons fait une halte dans la maison de vacances de Paolo. La situation est parfaite pour visiter les superbes plages du sud ouest. La maison est assez grande pour notre groupe de 5 elle est bien équipée et calme. Tout était parfait. Merci Paolo pour vos conseils de visite et pour votre accueil! Nous recommandons à 100%.

Wundervolle Wohnung - 100% Weiterempfehlung

Selten eine so saubere Unterkunft gesehen! Die Wohnung ist wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Wir hätten uns nicht wohler fühlen können. In der typischen kleinen Küche :) (zu zweit steht man sich ziemlich auf den Füßen) findet man alles, was man braucht. Klimaanlage, Dusche (mit ordentlicher Temperatur und vernünftigen Wasserdruck), Internet und Waschmaschine funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum! Anders als auf den Bildern zu sehen gibt es sogar neue schöne Holzmöbel draußen. Das Wasser im Pool ist ungefähr hüfthoch, also perfekt für Kinder. Für eine schnelle Abkühlung funktioniert das auch für Erwachsene. ;) Die Wohnung liegt am Rande von Villasimius und somit ist die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Trotzdem sind die Restaurants und die Touri-Flaniermeile fix zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation (auf Englisch) war unglaublich nett und unkompliziert! Wir konnten über eine Schlüsselbox ein- und auschecken (auf eigenen Wunsch wegen flexibelen An- und Abreisezeiten). Dank genauer Beschreibung inklusive Bildern war das sehr einfach. Wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend sind, werden wir diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen! Grazie Paolo! PS: Restaurant Empfehlung: Terra enogastronomia pregiata Villasimius. Unfassbar gute lokale Küche, etwas abseits von dem Touri-Trubel.

Bolig dejlig og indvendig flot...udvendig trænger bygninger generelt til vedligehold.... vil dog mene at 6 personer er overdreven...4 personer synes mere retfærdig da det indvendige ikke er voldsom stort, med en del tapper...terassen flot... og Villasimius er vidunderlig by med dejlige strande

Nice house with great terrace looking out on moutains

Our stay was great overall. The house was very clean with all the amenities. The terrace was wonderful for breakfast and lunch, but got hot in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the swimming pool hours were limited in July. Air Conditioning worked, but did not fully reach the room with the bunk beds. The rain shower was a real treat. It was a great place for a family holiday.

Bel appartement. 2 Chambres et SDB magnifique terrasse . La cuisine est petite mais il Y a tout ce qu’il faut. La résidence êtes un peu au dessus de villasimius mais on rejoint le centre en 10mn à pied. Seul bémol la piscine ouverte seulement de 5 a 8:00 le soir et sous surveillance rapprochée … pas tres agréables pour une résidence de vacances. Paolo et sa femme sont des hôtes charmant et font tout pour que votre séjour se passe à merveille . De belles plages aux alentours et jolie petite ville. A recommander !

Campioni d'Europa a Villa Simius

La casa è come da descrizione e foto inserite. Bell' appartamento con punto di forza la bellissima e spaziosa terrazza con vista panoramica sul paese e sulle colline in lontananza. Eravamo in 4 (2 adulti e 2 ragazzi) anche i 2 bagni sono stati un bel valore aggiunto. Paolo è una persona molto cordiale, gentile ed è stato disponibile per ogni ns esigenza. La posizione dell' appartamento è molto comoda per arrivare in pochi minuti di macchina ai supermercati per la spesa e alle principali spiaggie di Villa Simius e Costa Rei. Villa Simius è un bel paesino che ricorderemo anche per la vittoria dell Italia agli europei 😊

De aardige huiseigenaar stelt alles in het werk om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Goede ligging voor Costa Rei en Villasimius. Prima appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi en koel dakterras met uitzicht over het stadje en de bergen in de verte. Wij zouden graag terugkomen op deze lokatie.

Al di sopra delle aspettative

Le foto dell'annuncio facevano già intuire la bellezza della casa. L'appartamento è un piccolo gioiellino che si sviluppa su due livelli e mezzo. A livello ingresso cucinino, bagno e zona giorno. Tre scalini sopra si accede al bellissimo terrazzo, ampio e molto ben tenuto. Al piano di sopra si trovano due camere, una matrimoniale, l'altra con 2 letti a castello (4 letti in tot) e il bagno. In dotazione due pale a soffitto per muovere l'aria anche nelle sere più calde. C'è uno split di aria condizionata a fine scale che forse non riuscirebbe a rinfrescare tutta casa, ma francamente anche nella più torrida delle serate non è stato necessario accenderlo. La casa è accessoriata di tutto. È consentito anche l'accesso alla piscina del complesso, che sul fondale è un po' deteriorata e ha il limite degli orari per l'accesso. Vi è da dire che in condizioni normali la piscina può essere alla sera un punto di ultimo rinfresco dopo una giornata a mare e quindi perfettamente funzionale alle esigenze anche se con orari di apertura prefissati. La casa è sita in una zona residenziale all'inizio dei confini cittadini di Villasimius. Facendo strade asfaltate è a circa 1,5 km dal centro. Se si potesse invece tagliare per "prati" si guadagnerebbe molto (ma non si può!). Se non si è troppo stanchi andata/ritorno e giretto in paese possono essere gestibili, altrimenti basta prendere la macchina e portarsi a ridosso del centro paese in pochissimi minuti. I padroni (famiglia) sono delle persone squisite. Una rarità oserei dire. Sentirsi come a casa propria è stato semplicissimo. In sintesi, tutto consigliatissimo, anzi di più! Marco M.

Casa curata nei minimi dettagli. Come e anche meglio delle foto. Con il plus di 2 bagni. Pulizia perfetta. Atmosfera molto gradevole. Terrazza da sogno. Accoglienza calorosa: per un ritardo del volo siamo arrivati alle 2 di notte e Paolo è stato disponibile e sorridente; ci ha dato il benvenuto con la torta della mamma e la frutta dell'orto: le migliori albiocche di quest'anno!Facilità di parcheggio. Vicinanza ai supermercati. Centro di Villasimius raggiungibile a piedi con una passeggiata di 20 minuti. Tutto come da descrizione e come da nostri desideri. Anzi, sogni

ottima soluzione

questo appartamento e' l'ideale per un gruppetto di persone. Pulito, curato, a 10 minuti dal centro. I bagni nuovi, le camere comode, la cucina con tutti gli accessori, la veranda esterna ampia e con una bella panoramica. Le foto descrivono in modo preciso quello che e' l'ambiente. Paolo e la sua compagna ci hanno accolto con dolcetti sardi, guide alle spiagge, e un bellissimo sorriso. I negozi per la spesa sono tutti vicinissimi e il mare da sogno a 2 km raggiungibile per chi ama camminare anche a piedi. Io lo consiglio veramente, occorre l'auto comunque perche' val la pena di girare tutta quanta la costa che merita di essere esplorata. bellissima vacanza. complimenti ai proprietari per la cura e gentilezza che offrono ai loro ospiti. grazie di cuore. siamo stati veramente bene. a presto...speriamo!!!

Appartement agréable et surtout pratique de par sa situation

Nous avons surtout apprécié sa situation , près du centre et quartier facile pour garer la voiture. Par contre location pour 3, 4 maximum car un peu juste question superficie au niveau de la cuisine et de la salle de bains. DE plus, belle terrasse mais dont on ne peut profiter par grosse chaleur, dommage !

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil, et sommes restés 4 jours à Villasimius. L'appartement est bien pour 4 personnes, la grande terrasse est très appréciable. Par contre c'est assez bruyant, surtout le matin. La ville de Villasimius est très animée le soir.

Clean and compact house in a quiet area

Beautiful beaches and excellent food. Need a car to get to town and to explore beaches. Family very friendly. Clean house, compact but with beautiful terrace and two efficient barhrooms, parking outside, supermarket a few blocks away. Nothing on the negative side.

Grazioso e confortevole appartamento

Villasimius è stata l'ultima zona di costa che abbia visitato in un tour delle coste sarde lungo sette vacanze quindicinali ( sette anni di ferie lavorative ). Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della zona di mare, delle spiagge e della cittadina, piccola ma più carina e viva di quanto ci aspettassimo. L'appartamento rispecchia quanto descritto, nessuna sorpresa negativa. La terrazza è molto soleggiata, riparata a mezzogiorno e in ombra la sera verso le 20. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento abbastanza fresco. Eravamo in 4 persone, mia moglie, mia figlia e amica ( quindicenni entrambe ) ed io. Tanti i posti dove cenare con piacere, in particolare la Stella d'Oro con la sua ottima zuppa di pesce. Insomma, ci è proprio piaciuta la nostra vacanza a Villasimius

Très bonne adresse avec de supers propriètaires

Une très bonne adresse à Villasimius, proche de toutes les belles plages. Appartement avec une très belle terrasse qui bénéficie d'une piscine, équipement nécessaire au mois de juillet en Sardaigne au retour des plages. Les propriétaires sont charmants et font tout pour rendre le séjour agréable.

Vacanza perfetta

Oltre al paesaggio incantevole con mare da sogno, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di soggiornare in questo appartamento curatissimo in ogni particolare con una terrazza favolosa. Praticamente è come sentirsi a casa propria e non in un classico appartamento di vacanza. Consigliatissimo a tutti. Proprietari squisiti per gentilezza e ospitalità.

Meravigliosa vacanza

Ho trascorso una vacanza di otto giorni con la mia famiglia in quest'appartamento situato all'interno di un bel residence con piscina. L'immobile e' esattamente come si vede nelle foto descrittive per cui non posso che complimentarmi con i proprietari per la loro casa: pulita, completa davvero di tutto ed in posizione ideale per poter girare tutte le spiagge della zona come abbiamo fatto noi. Ma quello che più di tutto mi preme sottolineare e' la gentilezza, cortesia, affabilità e disponibilità dei proprietari. Ci hanno accolti davvero con grande entusiasmo e si e' subito creato con loro un rapporto amichevole e familiare. I bambini stessi, di solito timorosi nei confronti degli estranei, hanno capito subito che avevano di fronte una simpatica famiglia. Personalmente mi sento di ringraziare sinceramente la proprietaria - Sig.ra Paola - la cui cortesia, entusiasmo e disponibilità sono davvero fuori dal comune. Che dire ancora se non che abbiamo trovato da loro un sicuro punto di riferimento per le vacanze in Sardegna nei prossimi anni.

Meravigliosa ed accogliente

Io, mio marito e la nostra cagnolina ci siamo trovati molto bene; i proprietari sono di una gentilezza rara e ci hanno accolto "a braccia aperte". L'appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli ed è fornito di ogni cosa, molto pulito e ordinato; posizione ottima, poco lontano dal Paese e dalle innumerevoli spiagge, una più bella dell'altra! We spent two weeks in a very lovely place. The city Villasimius is a nice place to stay and offers everything you need for a vacation (restaurants, supermarkets, gas station, shops, etc.). The beaches in Villasiumius and around the city are just amazing, clear water, white sand, small hidden bays and great for snorkeling. The apartment was very cute, it was clean and had everything we needed. The big terrace was the place we spent most of the time with a beautiful view over the town and the mountains. Each room was beautifully decorated and made us feel comfortable right away. All in all, we have had the perfect vacation in a wonderful town with pituresquly beaches, in a lovely apartment owned by a very heartful and lovely family.

la perfezione fatta vacanza!

Splendido appartamento nel centro di Villasimius, a pochi km dalle più belle spiagge della zona. L'appartamento fa parte di un residence con piscina ma sinceramente non ne abbiamo mai usufruito... con quelle spiagge sarebbe da pazzi buttarsi in piscina! L'immobile è composto da salone con cucina a vista e bagno al piano terra e due camere da letto con bagno al primo piano, a completare il tutto la bellissima terrazza con caminetto. Di case vacanze ne ho viste molte ma mai nessuna cosi ben allestita, troverete veramente tutto e di più, Maria Paola (la proprietaria) è di una gentilezza rara, attentissima ad ogni particolare ed ogni esigenza dei suoi inquilini. Se scegliete di soggiornarvi non perdete le spiagge di SIMIUS, CAMPULONGU, CAMPUS, GIUNCO e la meno affollata CALA SINZIAS che io trovo spettacolare. Per quanto mi riguarda vi consiglio di evitare locali tanto rinomati come la pizzeria PEPE NERO che SA TANKITTA... non ci hanno per niente soddisfatto...anzi!!!
