Great property and very helpful owners. BUT a word of warning to anyone booking this - despite the title it is NOT in Sutera. The map location is actually 35km out - the location is just outside Serradifalco. CHECK the location carefully before setting off! Fortunately we found some helpful locals who pointed us in the right direction, and the owners were also able to help us.

We went there as a family of 4 (kids are 6 and 8) 2 grandparents (so 6 in total). Overall, the object is fantastic for quiet and relaxing holidays. The pool is surrounded by nature. The house is older but fine. From the first floor terrace you can watch the sunset over the countryside every day. Quiet nice. The pool was cleaned every Thursday. The next supermarkets are about 15 km away. Bakeries about 4-5 km. The check-in and finding the place etc. was no problem. The contacts/owners of the property sent us all essential information and helped, when there was a problem.Must have: A car, a van or so. Without it, don't go there. Everything is too far. The roads nearby are fine (tarmacked roads incl. access to the property).Utilities: Washing machine, dish washer, WiFi and AC units are avaiable. We didn't use the AC units, so I cannot comment on those. The rest worked fine.Thus, if you enjoy quiet "pool vacation" like we do this is your place. I would book the property again. We recommend it.

We spend a wonderful two weeks in this lovely house. Carmelo could be contacted anytime and was very helpful.The house is off main roads and very quiet, exactly what we wanted. We seldom found a cleaner house. Most of the windows had working insect protection. Air condition worked well in the bedrooms and the rest of the house stayed cool if you close the shades. The furnature isn't the newest one but works fine. We made the mistake of leaving a still warm Pizza slice on the countertop and experienced the problem of ants as other reviews already mentioned. Still, being out in the country, you just can't help it. We put all the open food in the big refridgerator and the problem was nearly solved. The kitchen provides for everything you need. The pool is very nice and big enough to really swim. Due to the plants around it, you just need to clean a few leaves. otherwise it's very clean and you do not need to care as Marco comes by once a week - greetings to him - he is very nice and speaks perfect english. We totally relaxed here and will come back.

La maison est propre à l'intérieur et, sur ce point, nous n'avons pas grand-chose à reprocher. La piscine est également très agréable et permet de passer de bons moments.En revanche, nous avons été déçus par le fait que les photos de l'annonce ne correspondent plus à l'état actuel de la propriété. La cuisine, par exemple, est différente de celle présentée sur les photos. Le jardin manque d'entretien, ce qui nuit à l'aspect général de la maison. Nous avons également trouvé beaucoup de fientes de pigeons sur la terrasse du toit.La présence d'une table de ping-pong est une bonne idée, mais elle est aujourd'hui en très mauvais état, tout comme les raquettes, et aucune balle n'était disponible. Il serait préférable de la remplacer ou de la retirer si elle ne peut plus être utilisée.Enfin, la piscine est très agréable, mais la haie qui l'entoure est devenue très haute et masque en grande partie la vue, contrairement à ce que laissent penser les photos de l'annonce.Avec un meilleur entretien extérieur et des photos mises à jour, cette location serait bien plus fidèle à ce que les voyageurs découvrent à leur arrivée.
