all bedrooms were advertised as airconditioned, 1 wasn't airconditioned. the house is of high quality and looks better in real then on picture.

What a fantastic find!

I was a little nervous about renting this place, not being familiar with the area, but the minute we pulled up I knew it was the right decision. The outside grounds were beautifully landscaped and furnished, with several patios and terraces. Inside, the decor was whimsical, comfortable and inviting, perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The photos don’t do the place justice. Three couples (one with a two year old) had more than enough room and privacy the entire time, and the proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants gave us all plenty of options to stay together or go on separate adventures throughout our stay. Our host was very helpful and friendly and we felt like we were staying at our own family's villa. We can’t wait to come back!

Our September adventure

We were a group of 9 who were in Italy for a Dragonboat race in early September. Allesandro's property was perfect for all of us and was very much as described. The decor was interesting and fun, we enjoyed spending time in the front room with lots of space for all of us to relax on the sofas there. There were plenty of linens for the beds and lots of towels not only for use in the house but more than enough for our trips to the beach (a short walk away) as well. We arrived to find a basket with fresh fruit for us to enjoy, Allesandro also gave us directions to the outdoor market where we could get fresh fruits and vegetables for our stay. The kitchen was a bit on the small side but well equipped, we were able to make a few meals for the nine of us in there without any difficulties. There is no shortage of restaurants a short walk away, from take out pizzas to fine dining and everywhere in between. I would not hesitate to recommend the house as a perfect place to stay while in Italy.
