Ancient country house with swimming pool and large private garden, located on the first hills of Cesena (which is only 6 km away) and just 20 km from the Romagna Riviera.

Completely surrounded by greenery, surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees, RR House enjoys deep privacy and tranquility. It will offer you unforgettable moments of relaxation away from traffic and is ideal for those looking for a cozy place and a relaxing holiday to spend with family or friends.

In recent years, a conservative restoration has been chosen to enhance the trusses of the porch and the outdoor flooring, thus creating a comfortable environment for spending days outdoors and enjoying the sunset while sipping a glass of good wine. In addition, the kitchen has been completely renovated choosing furnishings in a Provencal country style like other rooms in the house.

INTERIORS:
The house is spread over 2 floors. The living area on the ground floor consists of lounge, living room, kitchen and external bathroom, while the sleeping area on the first floor includes 4 bedrooms (one of which has a cot / crib) and 2 bathrooms.

OUTDOORS:
RR House is surrounded by 80,000 square meters of garden and the welcoming step pool, with purified water by electrolysis (naturally chlorinated), will make your stay even more precious. In this area there are sun loungers, parasol, outdoor shower and 2 dressing cabins. At guests' disposal we also have barbecue, table tennis, hammocks, wifi and laundry area.

Great house with magnificent views

The house is as beautiful as the pictures. We really enjoyed the pool and the large porch! The views are stunning and a nice hiking trail into the small valley starting just outside the house. Don't forget to visit one of the wineries like Cantina Glicine!

A truly wonderful house with a beautiful and large outdoor area

An incredibly authentic House with a lovely garden, a spacious terrace, and a great pool. The kitchen was very well equipped—but the absolute highlight was the host! We’ve never experienced such attentive and thoughtful hospitality. Lovely Rural Property

What a fabulous week we had in this property, just outside the town of Cesena. Driving from Bologna airport, it seems like you are in a quite industrial part of Italy, but once in Cesena, you come away from the town into beautiful countryside and RR Villa which is secluded, peaceful and private. The house looks amazing on the photographs and didn't disappoint. The style of the house is very much rustic but it has all the mod cons you need for a stay. The outside area is much bigger than it looks on the pictures. We spent most of our time exploring the local area during the day, Rimini, San Marino, Cesena and then back in the evenings to relax, eat and drink the local wine. Make a trip down to Montaia wines which is only 15 minutes walk down the lane. We did a wine tasting and tour which included 4 wines, local meats and cheeses for 25 euros each. We then bought 24 bottles of wine directly from them ranging between 6 and 7 euros. Cesena and supermarkets are only a 10 minutes drive away. Cesena is a quaint town with a huge market every Wednesday and Saturday and lots of food options. Communication with the house owner, Rocco was first class. Highly recommended for a chilled, peaceful holiday.

Ein Haus mit Charme und Charakter, etwas abgelegen, aber wunderschön. Das Anwesen ist perfekt gepflegt und fügt sich in die malerische Landschaft ein. Nicht nur der Pool ist sauber, sondern auch das ganze Haus. Bei einem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt rückt in der Mitte ein Putztrupp an und es glänzt danach wieder alles! Für das Barbecue gibt es einen Weber Grill und die Küche ist auch für den Hobbykoch sehr gut ausgestattet. Die große, komplett überdachte Pergola erweitert den Lebensbereich und für den Morgen gibt es einen Sitzplatz im Freien mit einem tollen Ausblick.Es warten einige kulturelle Ziele in der Umgebung, das Meer ist eine gute halbe Stunde entfernt, viele Weingüter und Restaurants lassen sich entdecken.Der sympathische Gastgeber Rocco ist immer zur Stelle, extrem hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert und hat eine lange Liste mit Tipps und Vorschlägen zur Urlaubsgestaltung. Rocco ist für uns immer ansprechbar gewesen und wir bedanken uns für zwei sehr erholsame Wochen und kommen sicher in diese Oase der Erholung zurück!

Ein kleines Paradies auf dem Land

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Besonders das Bad im Anbau ist sehr praktisch. Pool, Garten und Haus überaus gepflegt und sauber. Die Betten fanden wir zu hart, ist aber Geschmackssache:). Sehr herzlicher Empfang von Rocco und Riki, problemlose Schlüsselübergabe.

As Good As It Gets In Emilia-Romagna Region

This was probably our best experience EVER at a vrbo location, with everything being basically PERFECT. I would have rated it HIGHER than 5 stars if possible. AWESOME location in an AWESOME villa. High on a hill with beautiful surroundings of olive and apricot orchards with incredible views in all directions. SO QUIET!! You are SO isolated and private, with the property being literally at the end of a road in a spectacular valley, yet only a 5-10 minute drive to town. The Savani Family were gracious hosts with excellent response time to any of our questions or needs. Wunderschöner Urlaub 2021

Wir, eine sechsköpfige Familie haben den Urlaub in dieser wundervollen Villa sehr genossen. Unzählige Ausflugsziele gibt es in der Nähe. Mehrere Strände sind in einer halben Stunde zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Freie Strand in Catolica . Leicht über Google Maps zu finden. Auch die Pooltage und Grillabende unter uns waren ein Traum. Cervia und Cesena sind sehr zu empfehlen. Außerdem ist das Dorf Cagli und die unweit entfernten Wasserfälle einen Besuch auf alle Fälle wert. Kurz um ein Traumhafter Urlaub an einem traumhaften Ort. Die Villa hat alles was man braucht. Vor allem Platz. Man darf nur nicht alle Elektrogeräte auf einmal benutzen. ( Waschmaschine und Backofen ) das schafft die Stromversorgung nicht. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Familie Deiters

Traumhaft ruhige Lage und liebevoll gepflegtes Haus

Wir (vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) haben in dem Haus unseren Sommerurlaub für 10 Tage im Juni 2020 verbracht. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer kleinen Straße zwischen vielen Obstplantagen und ist von Hügeln umgeben. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von unseren Vermietern Rocco und Riki empfangen und haben viele wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Essen gehen und Strände bekommen (vielen Dank euch beiden!). Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und werden wöchentlich gereinigt (auch während des Aufenthalts). Die Fahrtzeit bis zum Meer (Cesenatico) beträgt 25 bis 30 Minuten. In der Umgebung kann man sehr gut Joggen gehen und Radeln (wer Hügel mag und gerne Sport treibt). Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder:)
