la maison est super et très propre les propriétaires sont très gentils des vélos sont mis à disposition par le propriétaire maison bien situer pour visiter la région maison proche de la plage et des commerces encore merci à pierrot et sa maman

Agiatezza e tranquillità.

Ottima posizione di questo bello appartamento con area esterna e giardino con posto auto interno, a due passi dal mare e nella tranquillità della sua ubicazione e vicino al centro commerciale dove trovi di tutto. All'interno i proprietari non hanno fatto mancare nulla e ti trovi a proprio agio, tutto lindo ed organizzato. Il top è rappresentato dalla disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari, la famiglia Minghini, sempre sorridenti, disponibili e pronti ad accogliere una tua richiesta...sembrava di essere di famiglia. Ci ho rimasto un pezzo di cuore e spero di poter ritornare.

Bonjour M. Gilles, dans la mesure où les prix sont dans la moyenne pour la période d'un appartement de trois pièces avec six lits sur un pied d'égalité. La douche nous laissons la liberté spécifiquement pour faciliter les gens en fauteuil roulant et les personnes handicapées à mobilité réduite. Nous allons cependant essayer d'améliorer. salutations

A great apartment in nice and quiet part of town.

We had a warm welcome from Marco, a great and very helpfull guy. He and his Family have a lovely house in short distance from the Beach, the restaurants, a big shoppingcenter, a go-cart track, and still a privat place on a little sideway - perfect! The Apartment was clean and we have absolutely nothing to complain about - we had a great holliday. 5 *****

Excellent Accommodation

A big thank you to Marco and his family for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, the ideal home from home, Luna was lovely and we miss her very much! We were very sad to leave but hopefully will be back next year, deserves more than 5 stars!

un felice ritorno

Ritorno sulla Riviera Romagnola dopo vent'anni di assenza e la trovo rinnovata e vigorosa. La ciliegina sulla torta è senza ombra di dubbio la Famiglia Minghini, che con disponibilità e pazienza ( con umani ed animali ) ha centrato l'obiettivo di farci "stare bene". L' alloggio è di ottimo livello, vicino al mare ed al centro commerciale, per tutto il resto ... ci sono le bici ( con il cestino e il lucchetto ... non manca nulla ! ). Un saluto affettuosa a tutta la Famiglia ed un buffetto ( anche più di uno ) a Luna. Umberto, Cristina, Chiara, Penny.

Un felice ritorno

Torno nella Riviera Romagnola dopo vent'anni di assenza e la trovo rinnovata, accogliente ed efficiente. La ciliegina sulla torta è senz'altro rappresentata dalla Famiglia Minghini, estremamente disponibile ( con umani ed animali ) ed entusiasta. L' alloggio è di ottimo livello, vicino al mare ed al Centro Commerciale e per tutto lil resto ... ci sono le bici. L' impegno dei padroni di casa per farci stare bene ha sicuramente raggiunto il risultato. Un caro saluto da tutta la famiglia Zambelli ( Peny compresa ).

Ottimo soggiorno in una casa spaziosa con giardino chiuso ideale per il cane. In 10 minuti si arriva al mare. I proprietari molto gentili e premurosi. Molto vicino un mega centro commerciale. Bellissima vacanza!

Casa molto ampia, spaziosa, fornita di tutto il necessario (incluso il grande terrazzo) e in buone condizioni. Posta in una zona tranquilla che pernette di rilassarsi, vicina al mare e al grande centro commerciale. Proprietari gentile ed ospitali.

Soggiorno relax a due passi dal mare

Appartamento in villa posta in zona residenziale tranquilla, ottimamente equipaggiato, spazioso e con ampio terrazzo. La poca distanza dalla spiaggia e da un grosso centro commerciale permette di avere tutto a portata di mano pur muovendosi solo a piedi. Proprietari disponibili che non fanno nessuna difficoltà per soggiorni con animali al seguito. Da consigliare.

Séjour idéal

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable (en particulier les lits), propre et bien équipé. Nous avons bien apprécié et profité de la terrasse. Les hôtes sont vraiment accueillants et disponibles. Bref : à recommander absolument !

Lo consiglierei a tutte le famiglie che cercano la tranquillità ed il relax. Il posto ideale per i bimbi, che si possono muovere liberamente senza costrizioni. I padroni di casa sono gentilissimi e disponibili per qualunque bisogno... ci ritorneremo di sicuro anche il prossimo anno!! Dimenticavo, appartamente ben attrezzato e pulitissimo al nostro arrivo.

We are a family of four (with two children 3 and 6). We had fabulous holidays in this spacious, nice and clean appartment. The house is very well-kept and in a quiet area. The sandy beach ist within walking distance even for small children. The landlords are very friendly, easy-going und discreet. An ideal place for relexation and to have a wonderful time in the holiday-dreamland Italy.
