Immer noch wie vor 6 Jahren: alles perfekt. Saubere Unterkunft, gratis Fahrräder, sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit Reisetipps nähere Umgebung und der Kühlschrank war wieder mit frischem Gemüse, Früchten und Wein gefüllt. Zum Komplettieren noch selber hergestelltes Olivenöl. Und für die zweite Woche nochmals alles erhalten mit frischer Bettwäsche. Jederzeit wieder und sehr empfehlenswert!

Geweldig ontvangst door de gastheer. Rondleiding door huis en tuin. Koelkast vol zelf gekweekte groenten en heerlijke wijn. Schoon en compleet appartement. Mooie ruime badkamer. Mooie plek om te relaxen in de tyin. Zeer tevreden.

nous avons passé deux belles semaines de vacances dans la maison de Gatteo a mare. Nous avons été accueilli amicalement par le propriétaire,une personne charmante, généreuse et amicale. La maison était identique à l'annonce, d'une propreté impeccable , située dans un endroit calme tout en étant proche de la mer et des commerces. Les vélos nous ont aussi permis de faire de belles balades 😊 A notre arrivée, le frigo était rempli de légumes, œufs, eau et vin... quelle générosité! Encore merci pour tout. Location à recommander !!!

Wat een fijne plek! Hartelijk ontvangen door eigenaar en zijn vrouw. Het huis is gewoon mooi, ruime slaapkamer, moderne badkamer met regendouche en ruime keuken met bedbank . De koelkast is gevuld met meloen, tomaten, uien , aubergine, water en eieren . Alles komt uit hun eigen tuin. In de slaapkamer is een fan aan het plafond en in de keuken staat een lossen ventilator. Tevens 3 fietsen die echt prima gaan. Strand , centrum en supermarkt zijn ook te lopen maar op de fiets ben je ook zo in Cessenatico en de omliggende plaatsjes . Het is hier gewoon goed, fijn, gezellig en leuk! Wij zijn blij om hier te mogen verblijven .

Tolle kleine und modern eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und liegt ca. 15 Min. zu Fuss vom Strand und ins Zentrum. In 5 Min. zu Fuss findet man einen Einkaufsladen der alles hat, auch Frischfleisch. Der eigene kleine Garten ist besonders für Tierhalter (kleine Hunde) perfekt. Der Garten ist eingezäunt und so können Hunde frei laufen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden diese Wohnung das nächste Mal sicher wieder buchen.

Ondanks het feit dat we te vroeg waren, werden we heel warm ontvangen. Er stonden groenten, fruit en wijn in de koelkast. De eigenaars wonen in het huis ernaast en zijn altijd beschikbaar met raad en daad. Naast de privétuin die heel gezellig is, mag je ook gebruik maken van de grotere gezamenlijke tuin waar een BBQ staat. Daarnaast een grote moestuin waar je alles mag halen wat je nodig hebt. Als je deze locatie opzoekt in google maps heb je geen idee dat het er zo rustig is. Wat je meest opvalt is het strand met honderden ligstoelen. Maar dit huis staat iets verder weg en het is er heel rustig. Binnenin het huis is alles voorzien. Helaas geen airco of ventilator. Toen wij er waren was er net een hittegolf en koelde het nauwelijks af 's nachts. Slapen ging dan ook niet zo goed. Er zitten ook veel muggen, dus zeker Deet meenemen! In de buurt is enorm veel te zien. Er is een goede verbinding met het openbaar vervoer, maar ook met de auto is alles heel goed te doen. Boodschappen doe je om de hoek of op 5 minuten sta je in een shoppingcenter waar je zowat alles kan vinden wat je maar kan bedenken. Een tip koop de Emilia Romanga Visit Card. Deze kost 12 euro, maar je hebt hiermee gratis toegang tot zo veel monumenten, musea, kastelen, .... Wij hadden na twee bezoeken ons geld al terug. Zeker doen dus. Dit huisje is een aanrader waar we met veel plezier nog terug willen komen.

Viel zu früh angekommen, da durch die Nacht angereist wurde. Stellt bei den Vermietern aber kein Problem dar. Parkplatz vor dem Haus verfügbar. Wiederum herzlich begrüsst worden und mit frischem Gemüse und Früchten, eigenem Olivenöl sowie Getränken (Wein und Wasser) eingedeckt. Erstmals das neu umgebaute Bad mit herrlich grossem Regenbrause benutzt. Alle Böden sind ebenfalls erneuert worden. Und der grosse Garten steht zur Verfügung, sofern man mückenresistent ist. Frische Früchte können selber gepflückt werden, ansonsten wird man wieder damit eingedeckt.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, es fehlte uns an nichts. Unsere Vermieter sorgten auch dafür, mit frischem Gemüse, Obst und selbstgemachten Wein. Alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, sauber und geflegt. Mit viel liebe zum Detail. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Sehr zetral gelegen, wenige Meter bis zum Strand. Für Shoppingfreunde ist das nahgelegende Center schnell erreichbar. Danke an unsere Vermieter, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

ruhige Lage im Grünen und doch nicht fernab von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Strand sehr sauber und zweckmäßig ausgerüstet die Gastfreundschaft ist fast nicht zu überbieten (ein wöchentlicher Grundstock an Gemüse und Wein, sämtliche Wäsche und Fahrräder gibt's mit einer Selbstverständlichkeit) einzig mit den Mücken mussten wir uns arrangieren wir kommen gerne wieder

Very kind owners. We were surprised to find a bikechair for our baby, wine and vegetables from the garden. The house is clean, the garden beautiful. Walking distance from the sea. By bike we visited Cesenatico a few times, which also contains a huge park.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war sehr modern und suuuuper Oberklasse sauber. Außerdem sind die Vermieter total lieb. Sie hatten uns schon vor Abreise eigenes Obst Gemüse in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Sie waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Strand war nach kurzem Fußmarsch erreicht. Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bis auf den leichten Geräuschpegel durch die Bahn, ist es trotz der guten Anbindung sehr ruhig und durch die außenrollläden immer schön dunkel. Wir würden wieder dort hinfahren.
