The "Podere Terrerosse" is a rustic of 1600 surrounded by greenery that awaits you to give you moments of absolute relaxation.
In the careful restoration have been recovered walls with old bricks, exposed beams and tasteful antique furniture.
House with 8 rooms of about 300 m2 on two floors.
On the ground floor large entrance hall, large kitchen with fireplace and living / dining room with fireplace, all with exit to the garden.
Upstairs, with antique terracotta floors you will find the 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 large bathrooms.
All windows have mosquito nets.
Swimming pool under construction for spring 2018, barbecue and garden equipment available.
Bed / bath linen for hire at a cost of € 15 per person payable locally.
Inside the large garden present Casa Carlotta, always rented and with which you share the pool of 8x4 meters., does not detract from absolvent privacy to our welcome guests being decentralized compared to the main structure.

Our house remains closed in winter.

Tolles Haus mit Pool.

Das Haus, der Pool und das Anwesen sind phantastisch. Carlotta ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die sich immer sofort um unsere Anliegen gekümmert hat. Sie hat uns auch tolle Restaurant-Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Una settimana di vacanza in un luogo strategico vicino a tutto. I bambini sono stati veramente bene.

Il mio pensiero sulla proprietà è positivo...spero che il luogo venga reso più interessante inserendo una piccola piscina una o più bici da bambino e tutto quello che arricchisce il luogo già molto confortevole. Abbiamo condiviso l' ingresso nel podere con persone gentilissime .Consiglio questa proprietà per una vacanza alternativa alla solita permanenza in alberghi o agriturismo. Grazie. Domenico.

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Haus, wir hatten als 4 köpfige Familie sehr schöne Zeit da verbracht. Man hat in dem Haus alles was man braucht, super schöne und ruhige Lage, Riesen Garten wo die Kinder viel gespielt und Spaß haben könnten , wunderschöne Terasse, wo wir schöne Abende dort verbracht haben, es hat überhaupt an nichts gefehlt, und das beste War, die Gastgeberin Carlotta, sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen und wir würden immer wieder sehr gerne das Haus wieder buchen 👍

The perfect place

My friends and I had a lovely time at Podere Terrerosse, and Carlotta and her family made us feel like home. The house is beautiful, big, airy and fully equipped for a long stay. We were 9 and had plenty of space. The garden is a dream and we enjoyed it as much as the house. Carlotta and her family were extremely helpful and welcoming. Great tips on things to do in Rimini, and a perfect selection of the best and less touristy venues in town. We all loved our time there, and will definitely go back!

Beautiful house, very big! A lot of space!

We really enjoyed our stay here, very peacefull but near to the center. A big garden for the children. Inside, the house is stunning, with lovely fourniture and beutiful bedrooms. Very good atmosfere. A place with caracter! Also a compliment for the host who was very helpfull and allways available.

We loved Podere Terrerosse!

We recently spent a two week holiday at Podere Terrerosse, and would not hesitate to recommend it. The house itself and the location were absolutely perfect for a family holiday. Based on the description of the property, we expected it to be very nice - and it exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 7 (3 children + 4 adults). While we were at the property we felt very much at home, and were confident that it was a safe place for the children to play in. We loved cooking and eating outdoors, and were equally happy when we returned indoors to enjoy the comfortable living and sleeping areas. Carlotta and her family were so welcoming, accomodating, and incredibly helpful. Carlotta provided a huge amount of useful information about local attractions and amenities, and always responded quickly to any questions we had. Following her recommendations, we enjoyed lovely beaches, restaurants, visits to nearby towns and villages, the local water park (Aquafan) and most of all some of the best ice cream we ever had. We leave Podere Terrerosse with many happy memories - it was a really great place to spend our holiday.

Super host fantastic location

Wow - what a fantastic place and wonderful host. We had one of the best holidays ever. Carlotta was superb, she explained everything about the house, restaurants, supermarkets and placs to visit on arrival. She booked a wine visit to Vini case Marcosanti and arranged for the taxi, we had a fantastic time at this wine tasting. Carlotta booked restaurants for us all and was always available on the phone to assist. Beaches of Rimini are to die for and don't miss a visit to San Marino and San Leo. 100% recommend

Casa Carlotta

Wir hatten das kleine Privat-Haus nebenan gemietet. Ist ideal für 2 Personen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Hat das gewisse Etwas, hat Atmosphäre. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer inkl. Toilette. Alles ist sehr sauber. Es gibt jede Menge Geschirr, Töpfe, Gläser – einfach alles. Die Terrasse und der parkähnliche Garten sind herrlich, wirklich genial und laden zum Entspannen und Detoxen ein.

Soggiorno perfetto!

1270311 Il nostro soggiorno in questa bellissima casa e' stato perfetto! La posizione e' strategica, collegata benissimo, si arriva in centro a Rimini in mezz'ora o a San Marino in venti minuti, il paesino di Corpolo e' delizioso e si trova tutto quello che può servire. La casa e' magnifica, grande e spaziosa, con bei mobili rustici e un'atmosfera calda e "vissuta", sembra di stare a casa propria. Il giardino poi e' bellissimo, ci siamo goduti serate stupende in totale relax. Carlotta e la sua famiglia sono gentilissimi, attenti e disponibili per qualsiasi domanda o problema, e hanno sempre un consiglio su cosa fare o dove andare, e' come avere una seconda famiglia!! Torneremo sicuramente, e' stato tutto perfetto!

Wunderschön umgebautes Bauernhaus

Eine Unterkunft, die man so nie mehr finden wird! Stilvoll umgebaut, mit entsprechender Möblierung, absolut sauber und gepflegt! Auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön, das Essen unter der Linde wird uns immer in Erinnerung bleiben! Auch über die Vermieter können wir nur Positives berichten, so hilfsbereite, freundliche und nette Vermieter haben wir selten erlebt. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen, zumal das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis optimal ist!

Excellent Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying in Corpolo. For us, this was a perfect location, the house is close to the beach (30 minutes give or take), or we could be in San Marino. It was also close enough by driving to Venice, Florence and Pisa for sight seeing and shopping. The local café Sonfonia has the greatest coffee I have ever had. Local restaurants and bakeries were out of this world. The food was delightful. I would recommend this house and location to anyone who wants to unplug and relax. There is so much to do in this area, only wish I had more time to visit many other cities and castles. Thank you Carlotta and Family.

Fantastic house in Corpolo!!

We had the best vacation in this beautyfull house. We stayed here for three weeks and we enjoyed every minute. Garden is perfect for kids and the beach of Rimini is near. The house is close to Rimini, Ravenna and San Marino and other beautyfull villages with there own specialties. We tryed a lot of local products, thanks to the great great family who we gonna miss. And everything "hand maded"!!! The local restaurants are very good, especially San Rocco. The house is excatly as showed on the pictures. Even better!!! Big outlets are near, were you can get everything you nead. We definitly come back next year, so we can explore the rest, because we haven't got the time. Fam. Hoogendijk, Rotterdam, Olanda

Wunderbar!

Wir freuen uns immer wieder, in diesem wunderschönen Haus Ferien zu machen. Wir geniessen die Ruhe im Haus und im Garten. Es gibt viel, viel Platz und wunderschön erhaltene Möbel, und jetzt sogar auch eine Waschmaschine, damit man nach dem Fahrrad fahren gleich alles waschen kann. San Marino ist in Reichweite, ebenso auch Rimini, mit dem Fahrrad ein wunderschöner Ausflug. Und danach kann man sich im Garten erholen und wer weiss, vielleicht kommen ja auch die Katzen vorbei. Einfach nur schön!

Wir freuen uns immer wieder, in diesem Haus unsere Ferien zu verbringen. Viel Platz in einem Haus mit wunderbar erhaltenen alten Möbeln, dazu ein wunderschöner Garten mit grossen Bäumen. Sehr ruhig gelegen, als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren hervorragend geeignet. Nach der Tour kann man sich im Garten erholen und wer weiss, vielleicht kommen ja auch die Katzen vorbei! Ein unvergesslich, schöner Urlaub...

Ein gepflegtes, großes Haus in ruhiger Lage, wo man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen und richtig entspannen kann. Die Hausherrn sehr gastfreundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Auch unsere 2jährige Tochter hatte sich wie zuhause gefühlt! Einfach nur TRAUMHAFT!!!

Super Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist Super, sehr sauber und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Zudem war es sehr geräumig und durch die altes Gemäuer war es im inneren des Haues immer kühl. Außerdem gibt es einen großzügigen Garten indem man bequem bis zu 10 Leute essen kann. Die Familie ist Sympatisch und konnte uns Gut über die Umgebung und Restaurants beraten. -Familie Herrmann aus Luxemburg
