Villa d'Arçay-Villa-Comfort-Ensuite-Patio

All the shops are just a stone's throw away (bakery, market, Super U...) and the activities are accessible on foot or by bike thanks to the numerous cycle paths; and for all age groups: the Skate Park, the Wake Park, Adventure Parc, the games room, the Tennis club, the Golf.... as well as all the bars and restaurants. The beaches and the forest are 8 minutes away by bike.

Very spacious and intimate in its distribution, you will appreciate :
A master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160 cm) with washbasin and private shower.
A bedroom with a 140 cm bed, also equipped with a private shower.
A family room with a 140 cm bed and two 90 cm bunk beds.
Another shower room with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
The relaxation and library room becomes a beautiful bedroom with its qualitative and comfortable sofa bed for 2 people.
High quality equipment throughout the house (kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, coffee machine...).
The terrace is equipped with a garden table with armchairs for 8 people, a parasol, a plancha.
Private parking with electric gate and free parking spaces available in front of the house.
The bedding is of very good quality.
