The cottage is located in a very convenient spot, just the right distance from all the action but far enough away to enjoy the quiet location. The views from the bedrooms are nice. Kitchen, baths are fine, especially for an old cottage. We’ll stay there again.
This may be the most beautiful cottage we’ve ever rented. The views are extraordinary. The photos really don’t do them justice. You are right in the middle of all the fun of Saint Ives, but elevated away from the congestion of the main commercial district. You do need to be willing to climb some stairs with your luggage, but it is well worth it. The home is wonderfully maintained in the decor is gorgeous. Highly recommend!
Great location if a little difficult to find in the dark, which as 5.00pm is check in time it’s certainly very dark in this location after 4.00pm in December! However once found and we worked our way through various appliances etc. we enjoyed a lovely 6 nights in the property. Couple of small issues, should you want TV during your stay learn how to use ROKU before you get there otherwise you’ll get quite frustrated, also the gas log effect fire, preserve if you don’t at first get it to work. Otherwise enjoy a great stay and build up those leg muscles up and down the steps!
