Vergüenza de trato

Mi experiencia con la reserva realizada a través de ustedes fue un desastre, no solo me anulan la reserva el mismo día de la entrada con menos de dos horas para realizar el check-in, sin motivo y sin justificación. Cuando me pongo en contacto con ustedes no me soluciona nada y se limitan a decir que mi dinero se me devolverá en 5 o 7 días. Esa es la seriedad de su plataforma, dejar tirado al cliente sin solución alguna.
