Clean and convenient wonderful and accomodating hosts

Spotlessly clean, comfortable, close to all transport - lots of options for bus and train. Groceries easy access by foot, safe neighbourhood with park opposite for shade inc playground and mini golf. Sam and Wahid accommodated our every need even providing two fans when requested for heatwave here and allowing extra time in apartment when flight was delayed by half a day. Very sorry to leave England and London. Thank you Wahid and Sam!!

Public Transportation a Breeze

With 4 bus stops within a 1 minute walk we could go any direction we wanted. The buses link to trains so getting into the city usually took less than 45 minutes. (Only 55 minutes to/from Heathrow.) The neighborhood is not clean but we never felt unsafe even though the landlord was adamant that we lock the door when at home. The washer/dryer is in a mildewy room and held our clothes captive for awhile. Finally the lock on the dryer door was released, but we don't know how. All in all, a good jumping off point to discover London.

Accomodating hosts, clean and convenient

Wahid and Sam were brilliant hosts for this property. Communication was excellent, accomodating to all our needs. Close proximity to shops and many choices for transport in and around London. Quiet location - double glazed windows. Family friendly and a safe area with park opposite. Well equipped kitchen with everything one could ask for. Sam went out of his way to make our stay comfortable providing two fans during the recent heat wave at a moments notice. Our stay was extended by half a day due to our international flight home being delayed and hosts were accomodating. Could not fault this lovely home in any way. Thank you Sam and Wahid!

Wunderschönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment

Offenbar hatte uns die Anzeige schon von der Wohnung überzeugt, aber live vor Ort war es noch schöner. Sauber, ordentlich, stilvoll und sehr gut ausgestattet (inkl. TVs in beiden Schlafzimmern und TV im Wohnzimmer). Auch in der Küche haben wir nichts vermisst. Darüberhinaus war der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr freundlich und konstruktiv. Alle Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Leider mussten wir wegen eines gestrichenen Fluges zwischendurch umbuchen, was aber problemlos von statten ging. Die Lage der Wohnung direkt gegenüber von einem Park mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und einer Bushaltestelle vor der Tür ist sehr gut. Das Einzige, was ich nicht optimal fand ist wahrscheinlich mehr ein London-Problem denn ein Problem der Wohnung: Wir mussten uns wegen des Verkehrs entscheiden, ob wir Ruhe (zum Schlafen) haben wollten (= geschlossene Fenster) oder frische Luft (= offene Fenster), was insbesondere in der Hitzeperiode eine schwierige Entscheidung war. Nichtsdestotrotz hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in London und haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt.
