Immaculate, spacious, well-equipped property in a beautiful peaceful location, iwithin easy reach of historic Lincoln and interesting market towns . Owners Jill and Colin could not have been more welcoming. My partner was even treated to a home-made Birthday Cake! We have visited three times, and are already planning our fourth visit. I have recommended this lovely holiday home to all my friends and colleagues.

Wonderful rural location, hence few local amenities, but that is accepted by choosing the location!Colin and Jill are extremely welcoming hosts making every possible effort to ensure that guests needs are fully satisfied. One area for improvement, in our opinion, would be addition of Curtains / Blinds in the lounge and kitchen areas. Although not necessary for privacy they would make it feel a lot more cosy during the long winter nights.Highest possible recommendation is always that we will be returning, indeed two of our party are already booked in!

Great accommodation so much space and the stillness is so calming . Love Hector the Shetland pony . Everything you need is here , with added luxury. If it needed anything it would be full length mirror and more privacy with curtains/ blinds Would highly recommend and certainly would return if in the area .

Beautiful cottage in stunning location.
Beautiful cottage in stunning location. We couldn’t find fault with anything, the cottage contains everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing break. All the rooms are beautifully furnished with lovely views of the countryside. Colin and Jill were very welcoming and we really appreciated the welcome pack. On a tiny practical note the wet room downstairs would benefit from a long handled squeegee. Thanks Colin and Jill for our wonderful weekend break
