E301 is the ultimate getaway for any couple with a spacious 1-bedroom and 2-full bathrooms in the exclusive Mauna Lani Terrace. Overlooking the Hawaiian fishponds, nothing obstructs your beautiful ocean and sunset views from the large covered lanai. The entire condo has been completely remodeled and upgraded, including bathrooms and kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room features vaulted ceilings, brand new furnishings and carpet, and a mounted flat screen TV with DVD/VCR and stereo system. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen television, private lanai access with sunset views, as well as a spacious master suite with a large tub and shower. To accommodate any additional guests, the living room has a comfortable pull out sofa bed as well as a second full bathroom with shower near the entryway. This non-smoking unit is located a few steps up on the third floor (no elevators) - only a short walk to the sandy beaches at the Mauna Lani!

Relaxing and clean

Second year staying at Mauna Lani, first stay in Terraces. Will never return to the hotel after our stay in E301. Cleanest vacation home we have ever rented, very well stocked with laundry and cleaning supplies. Fridge was professional grade and kept things very cold. AC worked well. Porches were excellent size w comfortable furniture. Bed was a little firm but we slept well every night. We won’t hesitate to return!

Great stay in Mauna Lani

Had a great stay and look forward to a return visit. Friends staying in same complex were greeted with a fruit, flower, coffee arrangement so we were a little jealous there. Location to beaches and coast line is off the hook. Had a great time

The master shower needs to be replaced and the tile around base of the toilet area needs to be replaced. Lots of mold so we had to use the other shower.

I can’t think of another place that I would want to stay for 3 weeks. Sitting on the lanai as we eat and looking out at the ocean is such a treat. The condo is furnished well and included some spices and cooking ingredients that were nIce to not have to buy at the store. They need to purchase some additional chairs at the beach. Those were at a premium everyday that we went to the owners beach.

Location, Location, Location

As advertised we had wonderful ocean views as we’ve come to know at MaunaLani. And the condo was very comfortable and upgraded as a substitute for the resort being closed for remodel construction. While we understand the need for periodic maintenance and repairs, we were disappointed in our “hard hat environment” experience during our 10 days at the MaunaLani Terrace. At check-in we questioned the status of roof replacement on the building next store to our building and plans to moving to ours. The office said that safety railings would be put up during the next few days but not more than that. If things changed, we would be contacted. As it turned our building went to full removal and replacement of the roof including sub partical boards during the last week of our stay. Staying on the top level of the building we were left with: Noise 8:00am -4:00pm: impact drilling, power saws, impact cutting, hammering and nailing, construction vehicle movement. Debris: saw dust made the Lani unusable, dust and debris on the stairway and parking lot. Leaving and returning: movement out and back in the parking area was limited by the construction vehicles, needing and waiting for construction vehicles to be moved, not being able to get back to our covered parking spot. We believe we could have had some advance notice of the maintenance and construction work going on during our stay at the Terraces. We did question it at check-in and then did not receive the promised updates. Was there another condo available in the complex available and not in the construction zone? No allowance or consideration was offered until we visited the office for answers. An offer to move to another unit 2 days before our departure was not a solution. The partial $ credit to our account was appreciated as some consolation for missing out on enjoying the beautiful location and condo to the fullest during our stay.

Mauna Lani Terrace E301 does check a lot of the boxes when it comes to view, upgrades and comfort. We do understand that having construction work done during your stay is not the true vacation anyone would want but we had no control over the situation. Unfortunately, due to the high occupancy we were unable to find another unit comparable enough to move you too so a partial credit was given. I do hope that we will be given the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. Mahalo for your feedback.

Absolutely Perfect

This was our fifth stay at Mauna Lani Terrace, and it is our favorite place in Hawaii. E301 is beautiful. The interior is lovely, and everything one could need for a pleasant stay is provided. Our favorite activity was sitting on the lanai and enjoying the fabulous view with a glass of wine or beer. We ate all our breakfasts there watching the sun come up, and we also enjoyed take-out dinners there most nights. There are many enjoyable restaurants within a short drive ranging from a food truck to 5-star places. We highly recommend this condo.
