The Fairways community has a spectacular resort swimming pool with an adjacent waterfall spa and well-equipped exercise room. A meticulously landscaped central park area invites evening strolls under warm Hawaiian skies.

The ground-floor of this townhouse has a spacious great-room with comfy leather sectional sofa, OLED TV, well equipped gourmet kitchen, and half bath. The lower lanai is very private. It has a Viking BBQ grill and an outdoor dining table.

Upstairs are two suites. The primary bedroom has a top-line Stearns and Foster pillow-top king bed, a writing desk, a sitting room, and a lounge-equipped private lanai overlooking the golf course. The primary bath features a walk-in shower and a jetted tub. The second bedroom has a king bed with a Tempur-Pedic pillow top, an easy chair, an OLED TV and an en-suite bath.

Fairways 1103 has central AC, WiFi Internet, cable TV, and a full selection of amenities to support your beach excursions including, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, and coolers. There are also bicycles for adults and children to enjoy.

Speaking of beaches - the lovely white-sand Fairmont beach is within walking distance. A bit further down the road is Holoholokai beach, known for fabulous sunsets, seasonal whale watching and historic petroglyphs. A short drive away is the crown jewel Mauna Lani Beach Club with perfect white sand, and an outstanding beachfront restaurant.

The nearby Mauna Lani shops have a fully equipped Foodland grocery store, several restaurants, and shopping. Mauna Lani also has two exceptional 18-hole championship courses.

This is a clean beautiful condo and neighborhood. We loved the beach club which had great snorkling. The condo came stocked with the snorkels and beach chairs. The pool was the perfect temperature.
